Need SCROG advice

Just building my room now. 24ftx12ft and 9ft high and want to do a 40 plant scrog grow in dirt using 8-10 600w hps lights. Not sure what strain to use. Was thinking BC Chronic. Any thoughts on this? Also is scrog the best way for a new grower to get the highest yield from each plant? Thank you

the highest yield can be achieved many ways. all include proper watering and feeding. yield is strain dependent and once you meet optimum conditions.........the rest is your preference. one giant cola......or many smaller ones. i like ScrOG because i like to train. i'm leaning more to LST these days, tho.

I just talked to a guy that can get me some clones that are a Green Crack- Purple Kush cross. Do these sound good?
