This is my first time growing in soil. So I got neglectful and didn't get too much run off, nor did I check the ppms of the run off. I was also adding about 400 ppm of Floranova grow, calmag, seaweed, superthrive. I transplanted pre teens from coco so I figured theyd need some nutes for the existing roots. Im in fox farm ocean forest. I started the PH at 6 and have been moving it up .1 each feeding. I flushed at 6.3.
I noticed a nitrogen toxicity (the claw). Im about to flip them to bloom so I flushed them. The ppm was at 1500! Probably double what it was supposed to be for plants that old. So I flushed with 200 gallons of water and clearex, ppm is now at 800. I cant flush anymore cause I ran out of RO water, to get another 200-400 gallons is just too crazy.
My question is, where do I go from here? Once they dry out Id like to flip them in about a week. Should I continue to feed just RO water till the soil is leeched out more? Should I introduce my bloom nutes at half strength with RO water? RO water with just calmag?
Im going to water till I get about 20-30% run off from now on to keep running out the soil nutes. Im not sure what the best strategy would be, any advice is greatly appreciated.
