Need MJ Doc in Mid-Michigan

I decided to clean up my act as much as possible and apply for a MJ card here in Michigan. I got copies of my records from my GP and have no problem meeting the required medical conditions. Problem is that it is very difficult to actually make appointments to see one of the 16 clinics that approve card holders in the state. Spent 6 hours driving to a confirmed appointment and another 3 hours searching for a non-existent clinic. All 16 clinics have buttons to make an appointment online and the link just leads to a non-loading page.

Has anyone had success and would recommend a MJ doc in the mid-state area?
