Need help with scrog

Ok so I just finished a cfl grow of midnight kush and it was good but I'm looking for larger yields, somewhere around 200g dry per yield in my 8sq ft closet that's tall as hell,8 ft tall... I finally bought a 400 watt ballast nd reflector and mh for veg and hps for flowering. I have decided to scrog but still have questions after reading several posts and stickies.

I am plan on vegging for as long as need be and I'm not worried about how long to veg for. I want to put the screen at 10 inches above my soil. I'll be using pineapple express from g13 and will be doing one plant at a time. It's actually closer to 2.5ft by 2.5ft....

After it sprouts when can I start topping and would topping it twice be enough for the scrog? And when would I start cleaning out leave under the screen? I had a few more questions before I got on and forgot what they were but I'll post more.

I will sum it up.
400w mh for veg.
400w hps for flower.
2.5x2.5sq ft
Fox farms ocean forest soil.
1 plant, maybe two.
Looking to gain 100-300grms dry.

heres one idea: if your screen is 10" above the soil, wait until you get about 7" tall, then top it once. Let her grow, and fill that puppy up! Clean her out real good about a week before you flip her, then keep her bottom clean from then on. Anything not getting any light take out. Dont over fert her, the secret to a great plant is a happy root system. and do some searching on the forums, theres everything you'll need to know, posted many times over.

I'm ordering 5 pineapple express seeds from attitude so I'll be able to have more, I was thinking two plants at a time. I'm aiming to get at least 100-150grams to hold me over til the next harvest. I'm not using any ferts, just fix farm ocean forest soil with straight water.
