OK some of you may remember me from way back, those of you that do know I'm not new to growing, I've been retired for 10yrs now and I'm ready to get my feet wet again since laws have eased up! So, I want to try these new LED's I'm way behind on these and could use some help, Im done with the days of extra A/C units HPS, CMH, MH. and just want something small and simple for personal use. The tent I will be using is a AC infinity. 24"x24"x72" running DWC with SCOG screen Im looking for maximum yield since I will only be growing 1 plant at a time. Below are the current lights I'm looking at please help me decide or if you have any other suggestions let me know..

IONFRAME EVO4, Samsung LM301H EVO Commercial LED Grow Light, 300W, 3x3 ft. - AC Infinity

Spider Farmer SE3000 300W Led Grow Light Dimmable Full Spectrum (spider-farmer.com)

HLG 200 Rspec® LED Veg & Flower Grow Light – Horticulture Lighting Group

I'm currently running a Spider Farmer SF1000 EVO in my 2 x 2 tent. It's plenty of light for it.

But I'm planning on getting the Ionframe Evo4 for a 32" x 32" tent.

I don't think the Spider Farmer SF2000 EVO will fit in a 2 x 2. It's basically 2 SF1000's side by side.

This is the Spider Farmer SF1000 EVO in a 2 x 2 tent. It's set at 60%.

The messy floor was cleaned up after this photo.

I was going to go with that one. But have decided on the Ionframe Evo4 for my next light instead.

The Ionframe also has UVA and I don't think the spider Farmer does. I want to try UVA. It looks like it also has the Far red like the Spider Farmer Evo does.

This how my Autoflower turned out.

I also put in Ionbeam 16 lights as side lighting for better fill.
Very Nice! Love how compact it stayed, I never tried auto flowers, they were just coming around when I got out of growing but I see them at every seed bank now so they must have got the kinks out! What kind of light cycle did you run for that grow?

I ran it at 20/4 for the entire grow.

Thanks for your help! I think I'm going to pull the trigger on the IONFRAME EVO4 and use the IONBOARD S22 that comes with the kit for a veg. Dimension wise there is no question it will fit and I’m guessing it will work with the controller. Would you say the side lighting was worth it? I’m thinking with the EVO4 I should not need it since it’s kinda over kill for a 2x2, but like overkill I was running a 400w hps in the same size space before

Extreme overkill in a 2x2.
Plus that light is like 24.2 inches. Doubt it'll fit in a 24x24 tent.
Check out the Viparspectra XS1500PRO.
I have one in a 2x2 and it's a real badass light, great build quality, and I've never turned it above 50%

Thanks I’ll check it out, I am 100% going for extreme overkill, goal is 14-16oz a plant, i could do with a 400 cmh/hps over 10 years ago hopefully I can do this with led’s and less heat.

I'm running solely HLG; Diablo Xs, 350s, Veg Pro and a couple 65s I haven't swung in place of my fluorescents, we'll see on those. But my plants absolutely love HLG

The side lights helped me because I don't have lites side to side like the EVO4 does.

The best way to see if your light is reaching underneath is to measure the PPFD underneath.

The nice thing I like about the EVO4 is the ballast can be put outside of the tent. I'm sure it gets hot.

I just have to save my pennies for a couple of months to get one.

I bought this exhaust fan and it comes with the AC Infinity 69 Pro controller. I also bought the adapter to work with my Spider Farmer Evo light. https://a.co/d/4juoL02 I like the idea I can monitor and control my setup from my phone.

The se3000 would be my choice, my se3000 has a meanwell driver, lm301 chips and it's a solid performer to boot.

I've a couple of 250/300w bar lights, my ks250w can barely average 50k lux at 1ft, the spider farmer can hit 65k.
I'm aiming for 60/65k lux over my canopy and a single 250w just doesn't cut it.

A couple grown with se3000.

Remember to check the dimensions of the light.

Good luck

I have a 2.5 X 2.5 tent. Do you think the viparspectra xs1500 pro is enough for that space?
