Here's a decent example of needed light
Calculate...
Length X Height = Square Footage
Take the Square Footage and multiple it by 45
This will give you the need amount of lumens required for your grow space.
Mylar is Mylar just be sure you don't cheap out... The thicker the Mylar the better
