1. Is that just a metal surface on the walls?

2. What is this? An actual room?

3. Are you only using a single cfl light bulb, assuming that is a cfl

You need more light for sure.... If those walls are metal I guarantee you they will heat up the grow space fast!
Are there intake and out take air flow vents?

You need flat white paint on the walls or Mylar to start

Increase in temperatures can result in over heating your plant.. Think of your plant like a person.

Second, if you are going to use cfl for a light source I suggest getting yourself a t5 high output flourescent fixture... And if using spiral bulbs I would suggest using them the way you have set up without a reflector and for side growth.

Third, you need some sort of intake ventilation and out take ventilation. Intake towards the bottom of the space, out take towards the top. And be sure to add an oscillating fan to the space to circulate air and to encourage stem strength.

What type of medium will you be growing in?
