Well, I can't speak to the seeds you're using but I can say your light seems a little on the low end for your area and the number of plants you want to grow. Also, the more area you give the roots the better. If you're only going to use two litre pots and a 150w light then I wouldn't recommend you grow your plants very big. I probably wouldn't let them get any bigger than 10" before flowering. I wouldn't start off with the two litre pots, either. You want to transplant often. I finish 3-5 plants in a 2' x 4' area and I use 500w+ of light. I have a 400w MH/HPS and two 2-tube fluorescents. I let my plants finish at 3'+, though.

Aussie out...

In approx. a 4'x4' area you should be using 600w as a minimum.
I myself would go up to 1 gallon pots min. (4.5L) Run 4 plants and top them once for sure. Flower them out at 12" for 1gallon (you could maybe run 6-8 plants at this size pot) and maybe 18"-20" for 2gallon pots-4 plants (What I would use).
What you grow is up to you, but I would say run indica's or indica dominate strains.

I use a 100W MH in a 18" x 24" closet as my starter and even with a couple of single bar 3' T12s it's barely enough.
What you're shooting for is 5000-10000 lumens per square foot. Don't gauge it by watts or even number of plants, you want to figure it by lumens per sqaure foot and then decide how many plants you can grow in that area. 10,000 lumens per sqaure foot is basically noon on a summer day, 5,000 is a little on the low end, IMO.

Again, don't go by how many plants you want to grow, measure your grow area, provide 5000-10000 lumens per square foot, then decide how many plants you can grow in that area. EVERY bulb out there is rated for light output (lumens), so you shouldn't have trouble finding this number.
