Need advice on making a new setup

So I plan on having 12-15 plants under one 600w Hps, I want to conserve money and space while getting the best/most harvest I can. How should I construct my setup? Like what size room, pots, fans, should I do SOG and keep them small or get them as big as possible (I must stay under 15 plants) should I come up with some kind of Co2 generator? Will a water and yeast mixture be enough? And if I missed anything crucial please let me know. Plus rep for any responses thanks a ton guys.

i used to do nine meter tall plants under my 600 in a dr 150 tent but that was Max M8 really yourl get just as much off 6 under the light than nine or even four biggens m8

Dont worry about co2 as much as your grow environment. Personally, I'd go with 4 plants and nothing more. Just no need for it under that little light.

haha that took me a sec too I was pretty confused, but will 4 large plants really produce as much as 14 or so small plants? I've heard a SOG method with smaller plants would produce much more.

With a 600, the light wont penetrate 15 regular plants (if you have your heart set on growing 15 plants). Personally I think it'd be easier to grow 4 regular plants and get a 1/2lb. Or you could do sog and have your 15 plants; I just think that's more work.

where would you be growing?? a room? garage?? how much room u have??? a 600w would be best for a 3x3 room but will be great on a 4x4 room as well once you get to 5x5 is when your ganna need a 1000w to do best... this is pretty much what im trying to deiced right now as well.. I think that either 4 larger plants or like 6-8 in a SCOG would get a good amount ....but if u go with fewer larger plants it would be really good to add some extra side lighting like some florescent tubes... so you are going soil?? are you starting from seed or clone?? the fan size depends more on the room size, pot size depends on how big u wanna get them but plan on ending up with at least 3 gallon size, but u start smaller... and i think that dialing that in right would be way more efficient then any amount of co2....

I have built a 3x3x7 out of osb and the 600 hps did great! Thats 66.6 watts a square foot. I had 5 plants in 3gal containers and the finished off at roughly four feet including the containers. I toped them so they all had 4-6 main colas and were bushy enough to completely cover the room. I also had a 6,000 btu window unit without an air-cooled hood this was definitely necessary.
Now as far as how many plants and how tall you want them it really depends on the strain. Some do well when toped some don’t. So do alitle research on what strain will best fit your situation this will pay off in the end. Make sure you have good soil and stick to the basics and you should be fine.

9 meter tall lmao M8 4 = 6 in 5 gal pots 4 would be best you get great results. go with a strain like big buddah if ya want big colas 4 defo do you proud under the 6 m8
