My Little SCROG Grow!!

You can't move your lights but you could raise your plants. Stack some books or something and just remove books as the plant grows. You gotta catch every lumen you can.

i had them raised during there very beginning when i was propagating them then i had to set them down they where getting too big. so i sat them down about two weeks ago and they exploded with growth.

I noticed with my own plants as well that they grow more vertically when they're further from the light. this can be a bad thing as it can lead to lanky plants. gotta find a happy medium. your box isn't that big, it's highly reflective, and you have lots of lights in there, so i doubt you have "stretchy" plants. good little box.
 
thanks. i just put more lights in there today i put two more in there so im up to about of 150watts of cfl.

thanks! it seems to be doing the trick. i decided to use those since im using regular seeds and it would be a bitch to untangle any males if theyre all in 1 screen.
i cant wait to sex them so i can have more open space. hoping for 2 or 3 females.
 
I've got some bag seed I went twelve twelve with. I germinated them with a plant already flowering. They were really neglected and are kind of lanky as a result. I'd like to see how yours do. Post pics throughout please. I wonder how well 12 12 works out with Cfls.
 
oh, so they just went in with the autoflowers? how was your harvest?

my first grow in the small lowryder box yielded about a half ounce from all 4 plants. im hoping this way ill end up with 2 plants max in there wrapped all around the screen budding all the way up. it'll be an interesting experiment lol

40 days in veg, what do you think? should i give it a little longer?
 
Just curious how close tut lights are and I would figure two months of veg they would be much bigger I do like ur scrog screens I've always used one screen for all my plants
 
There about a third of the way up the box. i got 3 feet to work with in total height. so i figure if i flower this weekend i get another week till i find out male from female so i can rip those bastards out and let my girls grow as wide as they can. and put em in bigger pots. nice new dress for them.
 
Yea as a couple of people have stated already u should really get your cfls closer. You plants look great but your growth is slow. Have you read any of the cfl stickies, mainly this one....

I believe the gnome dude is the see more buds buds for less guy any if you flipped that book you'd see he grew a mango plant from seed to harvest taking pictures daily. Only vegged for like 16 days and ended up with 3 ozs on the plant.
Worry and adjust daily mainly in flower. cant let the cfls touch your buds. the problem with keeping them far in veg is they will stretch more than they would normally if put closer. With cfls you want the flattest plants possible because the PAR falloff is really fast. You got the right Idea with the mini scrogs. You may want to start thinking about controlling the uninhibited ones so they are flat too. A little lsting or fimming will do your other plants good. Just trying to look out as I use cfls too, almost exclusively.

i do see what youre saying though. im gonna put my screens back on the other plants, is it okay to do that now?

Maybe some lst I would tie down the two plants to keep them at the same level as the others this will also bush them out a bit u can put ur cfls as close as two in. Away from canopy
