My innards are now clean

Mexican every once in awhile helps, too.
No other type of food i think has clearing power of a decent curry. If youre not using at least 5 spices(no curry powder or non of that shit), fresh and dried chillies youre doing it wrong. A decent mung or urad dal would even clear his neighbours bowls for solidarity every day for a fortnight just for the heck of it. Ask my neigbour, he keep complaining how much he shits due to the food i eat.

Thought I would share what some may find to be funny.

As I have mentioned the last few weeks I have been working extra on nights. The switch up of routines can cause you bowels to lock up.

I eat fairly well and a regular kind of guy. Not the last 3 weeks.
Over the last week I have switched to a diet of stalk lettuces and greens. That did not seem to do the trick.
Last night on the way to work I bought a box of fiber one bars. I forgot my dinner and ate the whole box.

Got home at 7 this morning and was laying down about an hour when a force started to rumble deep inside.

It has now been 8 hours. My innards are clean and I need to go get some gatorade because I am weak.

So to the reader, be careful what you wish for.

This happened one time before when the ole lady bought some limited time only Kashi cereal that had like 20 grams of fiber per serving. I didn't know it and ate a huge mixing bowl full.
You should look into making your own bars with cannabutter if you are into edibles. They are really cheap to make.. These days I prefer edibles over smoking or dabbing. It almost seems like smoking is a pain in the ass.

I was taking norco's the last couple days. They stop me up pretty bad, earlier I took a giant semi-submerged russian submarine. I had to break it into three sections just to flush the bitch... Smelled like Shiskaberry... ;)

I've been using only coconut oil, the hard waxy kind. I love it! I just get a muffin in morning heat it up and drop 3 tablespoons in, and I'm good to go for the day. Eating to much can be a miserable experience tho

Yes it can. I use the waxy organic extra virgin coconut oil. Only one place sells it around here.

I hate that. Normally after surgery I was prescribed colace along with the pills. I went down the rd of taking pain pills daily. My knees are wrecked and had surgery on both. Pills of any sort Including OTC will make you feel worse. I won't even take advil. All them lower your pain threshold. I use use canna oil rubbed on my knees. Works wonders. Oh and I soak chopped hot peppers in wintergreen iso and little willow bark and make a joint rub that will last all day. The hotter the better.

false.

beans, peanuts, and many other foods are basically impossible to digest fully for the human body.
Not if you prepare the correctly. If yo soak beans for 48 rather than 24 hours and cook them w/ a hunk of kombu, and eat them with fermented foods (tofu, miso) your body digests them better and is more able to absorb their nutrients.
