Thought I would share what some may find to be funny.

As I have mentioned the last few weeks I have been working extra on nights. The switch up of routines can cause you bowels to lock up.

I eat fairly well and a regular kind of guy. Not the last 3 weeks.
Over the last week I have switched to a diet of stalk lettuces and greens. That did not seem to do the trick.
Last night on the way to work I bought a box of fiber one bars. I forgot my dinner and ate the whole box.

Got home at 7 this morning and was laying down about an hour when a force started to rumble deep inside.

It has now been 8 hours. My innards are clean and I need to go get some gatorade because I am weak.

So to the reader, be careful what you wish for.

This happened one time before when the ole lady bought some limited time only Kashi cereal that had like 20 grams of fiber per serving. I didn't know it and ate a huge mixing bowl full.

I regularly drink an twelve ounce glass of water in the morning with a huge, heaping tablespoonful of psylliam husks to help keep me regular. The first morning I started this routine was about five years ago; I had my kid for the weekend, drank the husks, then off to the park for morning playtime. Park was 4 blocks away, and after walking 2, I had a feeling I've never had before... or since. With no explanation to my son, I turned around and bolted toward home. My kid was yelling, 'Daddy! Where are you going?! SLOW DOWN!' His little legs trying their best to keep up. We almost didn't make it. When it was over, it seriously looked like two grizzlies had a BM contest and both won. Or lost, depending on how you look at it...

1 Tbls of apple cidar vinegar in 16oz water before every meal when you feel it coming on again. I have a home remedy for everything , I use witchcraft:P(jk)

Nah my dad got into oraganics and homopathy when he had Hodgkin lymphoma.
He walked out on chemo and radiation almost dead. They were going to kill him.
They burnt up his saliva glands. He still has problems with dry mouth.

He went from the brink of death (he would talk about leaving his body and talking to Jesus) to now 15 years later in his 60's happy and healthy. A little pudgy.

Natural cures saved his life.

They burnt some of his nerves up. He sometimes has problems with severe siatica attacks.
The cannabis infused coconut oil I gave him works great.

I am a believer that nature can cure everything.

My diet is good. We grow and can and freeze our own foods.
I am sure that the flipping my days and nights had me bound up.
