My hydro Store Just Gave me a 600W HPS System. For Free.

Now that's what I call custermer care.

Let me explain.

Around 5 weeks ago I e-mailed my local hydroponics store requesting a Air cooled realfector. He said "you would have it by the end of the week".
Two weeks later I got back in contact "Whats happening with this reflector" I asked.
He says "Sorry we are having stock difficulties, end of the week"
Two weeks later I phone him and tell him, "I need a reflector badly, any one will do, just send me what you have in stock".

So today I get a phone call from the currie company, "We have a package for you"

I go out to pick it up, at first I think there has been a mistake, beacuse there isn't just a reflector there is a whole 600W HPS light kit in the box.
I read the note attached "your air cooled reflector will folow shorty, Keep this FREE OF CHARGE, sorry about the mix up"

Well, what can I say. I'm simply delighted.

I recently had a similar experience with some nutrients. I ordered a kit that contains everything you need from technoflora, or something... BC Grow, BC Bloom, BC Boost, and about 6 other plant tonics and the like... well they sent me the old kit, which only had 3 other tonics besides the main nutrients, I noticed because it's price tag was $10 less than what i paid... I pointed that out to them, and they said they would fix it. today the mail came and it was another WHOLE KIT! this time the updated version with the root and resin stimulators. Its not as big a deal as a free 600w HPS, but hey, its still 20 bucks worth of free nutes. and the kit is actually a really good deal already, i mean, everything you need for less than $30? and then to get an extra one for free. I will give them a shout-out because I am so happy with the lights and nutes they sent me, and the excellent customer service including immediate response and full product replacement without asking for the incorrecr one back. I have all the nutes I'll need all year now for $29.95! also got a Digital 600w complete system with separate ballast for $200 exactly. HTGSupply rocks! i live almost 3000 miles from them and the shipping is still pretty quick.

Unlike ther other day. I brought an item from Maplin, after a few weeks the remote controle broke, redering the item usless (160 Bucks) I went back to the shop and the manger told me there was nothing they could do, that it was useless to contact the manfactuer, and I would have to fix it my self!
As it happens I'm pretty hand with elctrics, but I wonder how many other poeple had the same problem who couldn't fix it?

Any way, I truned on my light last night, just to see how bright it was, And f*ck me is it bright. I cant wate to get my plants into flowering.
Last time I got 11oz off a 400WHPS, So now with an exta 600W, (Noteing that it is a lot more efficent as well) I gess I will be looking a something cloeser to 30oz.
Of course if I did get that much, I would have to stop growing as I can't smoke that much, even with a bit of help from my freinds.
