After the first night using V2.0 I have runoff to collect later in my sink catch bowl lol.

checked earlier lol. Was worried I would have too much runoff but I think I’ll be adjusting slightly tonight.

I will be topping up my res tonight to reduce the 0.8 down to about 0.4-0.6 with just some Epsom salts (small pinch) dissolved into the mix prior to filling.

The this will just be topped up until finish.

personally I like a little fade on my plants and it helps to reduce how much nutrients I’m using towards the end lol.


Ps I don’t flush lol.

The valve line goes to plants,your valve will need some extra elbows.
So the straight through part is pump one end, going to plants other end.Then valve .The elbow part of the T is flow back into res.The idea is to be able to adjust pressure to the plants.

@myke additional flow valve ordered for the supply to plants.

I’ll add the one in the post above as you’ve described allowing the flow to exit back into the res using an elbow etc.

then this on the supply to the plants.

Once it’s all fitted and working I’ll begin ordering spare parts to keep on the shelf because you never know when you might need to replace a piece.

Out of curiosity.

How do I balance?

T valve closed to begin with

Open supply valve

Reduce supply valve until flow is creating enough pressure

Then open T valve until pressure drops and then up the supply flow?
