My First Indoor Grow. PICS from all phases. 8wks old

First Grow in a 4ft x 5ft x 10ft closet.

First off let me know what you think. Any flaws, or suggestions. I'm open. I'm new, and I think I'm a decent grower.

Seeds/Strain: Unknown

Fans: 3 top fans (1 x 20in box fan - focused on cooling light rack , 2 x 12 inch high velocity fans, blowing on tops), 1 bottom fan(12 inch main air flow),

Intake: 1 Powerful Ass Intake Fan, that goes through a filter 12x12 that's changed weekly.

Exhaust: 1 8inch fan, that goes through an organic filter that makes the smell kinda earthy instead of dank.

Lights:
The lights can reach a height of 8ft!!!!!!!!!!!
Veg: 18/6, 12 x 100w CFL 6,500k,(@1700 lumens/per) 2 x 125w CFL 2,700k(@2200 lumens/per), 4 x 4ft Fluorescent 35w 6,500k(@1900 lumens/per)
Flower: 12/12. 10 x 100 CFL 2,700k(@1800 lumens/per), 4 x 125 CFL 2,700k(@2200 lumens/per), 4 x 4ft Fluorescent 40w 4,100k(@2200 lumens/per)

Soil: Fox Farm Organic Ocean Forest Soil

Nutrients: Fox Farm: Tiger Bloom, Big Bloom, Grow Big

Pots: 10 x 2gal pot, 2 x 1.5gal pot -- Each pot has 1inch deep of 1/2 inch river stone at the bottom, for better oxygen to roots and protection from root rot/over watering.

watering system: Every other day, Auto-watering Rain Bird Sytem w/ resevoir.

15 total plants at the start, removed 3 males,12 females remain. VERY NICE!

9 Plants are topped, the other 3 have just one main stem. The topped plants are reaching a height of 4ft 6in 2wks into flowering

Most shots are a 1 wk difference, if not same day coverage of the whole room. Enjoy
You'll notice 2 different pot layouts in the early veg stage, try and not get them confused with each other.

Looking for advice and feedback

Pics look like ur plants are doing decent.
BUT
1. WHY do you have male plants in there?
2. What filter are you changing every week?

I don't think he said he has the males in the room.

we took the 3 males out about 2wiks ago. They had some pretty big balls.

Im changing a normal household filter that catches any dust or anything in the air from reaching the room/

you said ur 2 months in..... into the grow from seed or 2 months into flowering???

where did you get ur seeds?

the buds are too small to tell bud if you just used bagseed then it could be anything

also why r u using so many different lights? Cost? Energy? Temp?
if you can controll ur temp and dont mind spending $130 I would go to htg supply and get a 400 watt hps, it will improve ur blooming and provide more light, but they get a little warm after useing all day so you have to have good air movement

Im currently 2mos into the grow, and 2wks into flowering.

The seeds were a bunch of randoms that my friend and I have been collecting from green purchases. All of them currently have white hairs, why is this, I thought I might of had some other colors?

Changed lights today ----
As of right now there are 10 x 100w 2,700k cfl, 4 x 125w 2,700k cfl, 4 x 4ft 40w T4 Bulbs 4100k fluorescent. Main reason is lower temps(no advanced air circulation system, so cool running is good in my mind), cost as well, they really only use about 1/4 of their listed power.

Also today --
Installed a rainbird watering system, with a reservoir and pump to have a quick 20sec auto-watering system to all 12 plants.

Boosted 3 pots that were under the median level of plants to get them closer to the light, don't know why they're growing shorter, but THICKER!! very nice!

Tied down talles topped plant that was messing with the cfl height above all the other plants. She was at 4ft 5inches, now she's sitting at a busty 3ft 11inches. She also had a lot of lower stems that were running along the plant instead of reaching out for the light, those were also tied down. The plant went from a diameter of close to a ft to a ft and 8inches. There are a total of 8 braches that are being placed in direct light instead of covered by leaves that are higher.

Today's Stuff

Made sure the tallest topped plant is reacting well to new tie down.

Installed 3 additional 100w (2,700)k cfls - this totals (100w x 13) + (125w x 4) + (40w x 4) = 1710w lol
Installed Primary 12in Exhaust Fan to help cool the room down, during veg it was a constant 78, now were hitting 83/84 with all the extra lighting. I will check thermometer tomorrow to see if anyhting else needs fine tuning in that department.

Fine tuned the watering system, sits at a fast paced drip now, but still need to re-organize hoses so they all fit snug and less clutter.

Hey everybody.
Today's Update:
Removed any lower stems that were not producing bud whatsoever, and most of the lower scraggly bud. Installed 2 more additional lights 100w 2,700k CFL, this totals 15 x 100w cfl, 4 x 125w cfl, 4 x 40w 4ft T12 bulbs = 2160w. Fine tuned the watering system, Reservoir > Pump 1/2in tubing > 2way 1/2in split into a 6 way split, which is 12 x 1/4in tubing > into pots. Installed a pulley system instead of the stone age chain system. Room is running at 81 today with the outlet fan running all day. Also, I started using molasses today, 1/2 tbsp per gallon.

Thanks bro. Im extremely new at this, everything I know is from a small grow journal online. Now that I found these forums, I have lots of ideas, and Im upgrading my lighting system before next harvest.

i've been growing for a few years and the best advice i can offer you is to keep it simple. don't get caught up in buying a bunch of shit that you really don't need. your plants look beautiful, i wouldn't change a thing.

1. what do I expect next in the grow? Im sitting at 9wks and 2 days, with almost 3wks flowering.
2. what type of strain do you think this is?
3. I dont think I've found a CORRECT way to prune/train. Im thinking of a scrog next?
4. Any idea on how much I might yeild? Im sitting with 12 females right now, 9 which are topped.

1. the buds are going to get fatter and juicer.
2. looks like it's mostly sativa but i wouldn't worry to much.
3. there's a guy on here that goes by uncle ben, check out his threads for some good reading on the subject.
4. after you dry and weigh it we will all find out.

I appreciate all the help. I'm kina suprised that the CFL grow went so smoothly, and how many top buds I have in the top canopy. Drool. I was thinking the plants would be 2 to 4ft max, now its looking like they're going to reach 6ft. They're currently at 5ft, how much more growth are we talking about?
