Munchies.Ways to deal and avoid overeating?

Are you smoking primarily one or two varieties? Or many?

I find certain plants of mine really make me hungy... some actually make me not hungry. I avoid smoking heavily on those munchy strains... G13 will send me to a bag of Doritos. Green Crack kills my appetite, quickly.
Only sour D as of now unfortunately but I am getting some blue dream soon does that give you the munchies as much? I am sure it depends on the person but generally...

I always have chicken breast and vegetables in the crock pot cooking. I eat alot of heavily peppered beef jerky and drink alot of ice water. When i feel like i am going to splurge and am at home i chug a protein/creatine scoop and do pushups til exaustion, that helps keep me focused.
For sweet tooths i eat fiber one cereal.

I am about a monthaway before i begin bulking then i enjoy the munchies more.
Yeah tonight I got a protein shake ready and some steamed chicken with string beans. Also a gallon of water. I used to do the push up route but that tends to kill my buzz as my heart rate increases so I avoid that since I don't have an endless supply of mj. Nothing better then bulking in the winter with some weed. Unfortunately, for me I am far from a bulk cycle as I need to cut about 10% bodyfat.

TL;DR.

Magic munches snacks that kick ass... And are healthy, and most would even be supported by Sunni:

Mango Smoothie: Buy a couple bags of chopped frozen mangoes, put them in the blender, make into a delicious smoothie. Bonus: Good for you, and may increase/lengthen your high.

Rockstar Energy drinks. Specifically the sour apple and the bubbleberry. They were invented for stoners, by stoners. Bonus: You get extra energy. That rocks for couch lock, cuz you can feel the lock way stronger! Good for covering cotton mouth, and the very distinct smell of weed breath.

Fruit Salad, if you happen to have some decarb'd oil lying around, you can make an intense fruit smoothie.

Pita and hummus. Yes, yes, yes, The fuckin' bomb. (just don't comment on it in such a fashion if you are enjoying it in an Indian, Jewish, or Arab restaurant. They all get sketchy about that word. If you go homemade, you can substitute the olive oil in both the pita and the hummus with "enriched" olive oil. You can also make those pitas with a 50/50 "pot flower" to flour ratio.

Homemade Chicken wings, with the base sauce infused with canna-oil. Don't bread them, buy chicken breasts (seriously, what self-respecting stoner wants to chew around bones? That just doesn't compute.) Slice those breasts into "wings" and prepare in your favourite fashion... Except, if your favourite fashion doesn't including a slow-cook in the "wing sauce" you should probably do that (cuz, you infused it with some magic butter!)

Or, you can pop a couple Xanax, drink a beer, and waste your perfectly good high, but not get the munchies.

I think smoothies solve my problem. I tried the combo sunni posted above and I managed to avoid overeating. The smoothies satisfy the dry mouth and the sugar craving. Plus they are lower cal, carb, and fats than other food options. The mango smoothie sounds good- I will give that a shot tonight!

Just two nights of not bingeing and everything else being the same, I am already down 3lbs.

Rockstar Energy drinks? Really. I always thought caffeine reduces the duration of ones high? Usually, if I need to get sober fast I drink a coffee, pre-workout supp, or take a fat burner which all have caffeine and it gets me unhigh fairly fast.

LOL. I completely agree with the boneless route. Don't want to worry about bones when high.

Smoke more dope . :p. When your putting away 50 cones plus a day you will not eat anymore, you will have the opposite problem not eating enough.

Fruit Yogurt + Muesli, its not exactly low calorie, but it feels pretty healthy. Also after like 1 cup yogurt + 1 cup muesli, you're done, it's so damn filling.

I don't have the time, money, or supply of herb for that. Thats why I limit my weed consumption to a nightly thing. I don't think I have ever smoked that much come to think of it. I doubt it will be productive for me but may work for others.

Hmm, I can fit that into my diet with the right planning. Like lowering carbs during lunch/dinner then having that at night. Not a everyday option but can work.

Yeah I am on a low carb cutting program with carb cycle days. I try to avoid carbs during the night but I eat so much chicken/eggs throughout my days that I get sick of eating it while high at night. I am convinced thus far smoothies (aside from the sugar/insulin elevation aspect) may be the best route. If only I can reduce the amount of sugar and still satify the sweet carving. Oh yes aspartame fooled me at first. I was surprised by that pesi zero drink at first then researched aspartame and its unhealthy links.
