Yeah pretty much. They said they were working on getting insurance to cover the meds but we'll see about that. It would only benefit L.Ps. most people can't afford to fill the whole amount and if insurance covered it L.ps could charge what ever they wanted and patients could get their full amount. Or they could just charge less and make up the difference by selling larger quantities. But what do I know about business.....

I seriously doubt any insurance company will be covering the cost of medical marijuana anytime soon. It's not an approved medication remember. They won't cover viagra (not "medical" enough for them) so they sure as fuck ain't going to cover marijuana (also not "medical" enough for them).

I think viagra IS covered by insurance for some. I believe veterans, and politicians and I'm sure there are other public sector unions that have demanded coverage.

Can you request for a signature on delivery. I would worry about theft by the delivery guy or just someone stealing it from your door step. By demanding to sing for the package that would eliminate both of throes issues

Ya the 3 LP I've delt with the signature was mandatory. Tilray has free shipping right? Maybe there trying to save on shipping by putting their clients orders at risk of theft. I foresee a lot of Tilray orders getting "lost in transit "

Actually, I haven't placed an order with them since I said that. And since your memory is top notch, you should recall that I said it would probably be my last order with them as I was expecting to be given the boot as a patient, not because I was going to cancel my membership. Now before you go running your mouth about me hatching some scheme do you have any proof of that? Cause I sure as fuck have proof that they sent me some moldy bud. Look at the photos asshole. Sure, they aren't the best quality but what do you expect from a galaxy s4? And the, I'm not sure how getting a replacement for my order helped me out financially. Getting "free" weed I already paid for but was not fit for consumption one time doesn't really alleviate any financial burden. Trust me, If I was out to scam them, I wouldn't be publicly bashing their customer service, moldy meds and attempt to appease me with the Tilray swag. I probably wouldn't be allowed to because I would have had to strike a deal to lay off in order to get what I wanted. You really need to fully form your thoughts before trying to talk like a big man and embarrass yourself. If you knew anything about how corporations work, first thing they would have done was had me sign a non disclosure agreement and probably take down all my stuff here on RIU. As for your meds looking different, have you ever heard of a thing called a phenotype? Their shipping does not take weeks, obviously. So your timeline is very flawed. You just obliterated whatever possible truthfulness there could have been to your claims.

so are you saying Tilray replaced his product just on a whim that it was moldy? Or you think it's more likely they did it knowing they had shipped sub-par medicine that they knew could go moldy? Why would Philippe Lucas, VP of Tilray Patient Research entertain symptum's phone call and try to appease him by mentioning other random potentially not-even-ever-getting-implemented stories about insurance? If they knew they had shipped quality meds that would never go moldy, he should have just said fuck off.
Now if what you are saying is true, then time to tell every Tilray patient hey guys post a thread on rollitup with a little blurry photo of some bud and complain about mold, you'll get free weed.
