Thx for the replies gang. This was the answer I received from HC:

The location of the site is considered. The information provided within the application such as the recent aerial view of the proposed site showing adjacent lots within a radius of 500 meters from your proposed site; the building location survey prepared and certified by a qualified surveyor and the legal zoning of the proposed site and adjacent lots are all taken into consideration when assessing the risk of the proposed site.

That is the canned answer they gave me when I asked a while back, basically no answer at all. I dont think I ever got a straight answer about anything from them...

We were one of the first mmars and it was a miracle to get that passed and it was a gong show back then as this is now same shit different pile a little bit deeper just as smelly same tyrannical HC

HC is all over the map on the 500 meter rule. I think another department is doing the looking at your 500 meter not HC. Public Safety Canada?

Yes we have had some success in turning denials around for some clients. Be proactive people you need a bullet proof RTA.

If you don't have an RTA done, you need one! It even says so in the regs but people don't see it. Waiting till you get the FOD ( fuck off die ) letter from HC is just not an option, it's very hard to fight back once you have been put on notice. If your sitting on your app thinking all is well you are foolish, use the time to improve your application. HC is only working on the best applications full time.

People there are very BIG Differences in Risk Threat Assessments! I have seen 4 pagers and 10 pagers. Don't waist your time on them or money, they don't fly because they are missing key content. For example my security group RTA is around 50 pages and we cover everything, that's why we get denial's turned around. Health Canada has never seen such a comprehensive document before, and the methodology is supported by Government security standards. People in BC have even more to offer due to all the community policing activities.

HC will move forward with licencing it's just ground to a halt temporary due to HC's nave gazing for what ever reason.

Current LP's can not provide enough product to the current 9,000 patients so clubs are still needed. When LP's get their collective shit together if they ever do you will see Compassion clubs close and sell their clients to the highest bidder. Yes god forbid but there is money being made there too. You thought the people who run them are not rubbing their hands together in anticipation of the offers coming their way?

Just curious on your rta report and stating in the regs where in Division 3 in sections 41 thru 53 does it ask for an rta? In security level assessment it talks about response time and assessing the crime factor and distance from a major crime center, for security level for vault 7 or 8 police repinse time etc is that wha tg you are referring to?.we thought that was for poluce to assess not us? Really appreciate if you can shed more light on this....

That's unfortunate.

Naive Gazing? Thats sure a polite way to put it.

HC is literally criminally negligent and responsible for the prevention of dieing sick people from having proper access to relief and medication. Those involved in HC and the Gov should be held accountable and punished for their crimes against humanity.

They are using their position of authority and power in a manner that is both extremely physically and emotionally abuse-full, its fucking insane they can sit on their thumbs as our friends, family and neighbors suffer and die while they accuse us and call us criminals with not only threats but by following through with the most extreme actions of mandatory imprisonment.

They are not "bullies", that's putting it into a child like perspective and wording, I struggle to come up with proper adjectives, but they are THE authority we are to trust when it comes to our health. This abuse has gone on for almost a whole century, with an abuse so extreme and long lasting, affecting several generation, the hope for rebuilding trust is basically impossible.

The MMPR on its own is not bad or evil, but when you put bad and/or evil people in authority positions to manage it you get a corrupt and abusive program.

Visit a hospice, go around and find someone that uses cannabis to ease their suffering, talk with them and listen to them about how much cannabis has helped them and how much it means to them. When finished, forcefully take their medicine away from them and do not let them have it back, continue to listen intently, hear their plea's for their medicine, until they stop or die. You will now know what it feels like to work for or be involved with HC and the Gov.

Just trying to give people a heads up, and not have them spend money on something that will not help. Desperate, lol you're kidding right! Were number one in Canada for MMPR consulting, like it or not and there is a good reason for it. You have a nice day.

Why don't you take your consulting to the nearest out house toilet and do some worth while reading. This is a med patients forum. Not a help the LP advising forum.
The only use you have here imo is too keep us all laughing at your efforts to build a fucked system. You may have some business smarts but you have zero intuition from what I see.
The LP system is a complete failure. As I knew it would be....Cause it's the peoples plant and those who try to profit big from it are being handed their asses back. Did ya not notice?? ...duh.
So why not go to some place where your agenda is more welcome.
You keep fishing these poor sobs into thinking their gonna be big LP operators. It's already a failed business model as I said it would be. You can't go up against what people fundamentally want. Thats where the issue lies. Price and access...LP's will never fit the bill. Why not consult folks on opening a fast food franchise..they have a better chance of succeeding. And you'll actually be in an honest business.
If your wanna be LP's don't make into the business is your service free....what a joke...
