Gotcha. Going the greenhouse way would require a heavily treed lot and clearing the build site so your are visually protected from your neighbors and the general public. Those steel buildings that are sold in kits may be a less obvious way to go. A 40'x80' shop like that would be an idea starting point for an co-op experiment like we're discussing.

We would need about 200-300k to get to 1st harvest, includes land, shop and 2 large greenhouses. Find some land north or south of highway 6 going from wellington county down to niagra/st catherins area would be cheap and obvisouly the best area to grow. Run auto flowers every 90 days and photo period would harvest twice a year.

Using the greenhouses in the winter would be challenging. Shop grow all winter and have a few thousand clones ready to go for April-may-June.

Greenhouses stay fairly warm in the winter, ive been in 1 with a tshirt and no furnas running.

I got the dosers and backhoes covered boys

Really all we would need for a first year set up is land, a shop and one decent sized greenhouse. Expand from there. The land will be the biggest one time cost. Unless it's swamp/cheap farmland.

lol hes got the land, il drop the 12k on that shop. I got 12 primo phenos and a nice CBD strain. Whos going to front the lights and dirt?
