Simple h2o2 works great. Byproduct is h2o. Check out PK Industries YT videos which explains how using microbes, and aminos will ward off bugs and disease

I had no problems. Then I left a cup of milk in my room going bad.
Suddenly I had fruit flies and fungus gnats.

Just a few. I got rid of the food source and sprayed my plants soil with hydrogen peroxide.

Next day there were dozens of gnats flying around my plant and the lights.

So I hung a fly tape strip in the grow box and next day it was covered in a few dozen gnats.
Have only seen one or two occasional ones since.

Anyone use mite massacre? I was thinking about spraying it for preventive maintenance against bugs and mold.Any thoughts?
Another "oil" based product...blah. Won't work as a preventive - it's a contact killer.....as for the mold "prevent". You'll have to apply it too often to make it effective..

If your room is clean, and kept that way.....Why do a prevent? It's costing you money and time. Your putting something on your plant you have no "need" to....

Always remember that alcohol, melts the wax's and esters that "hold" a trichome together.....melts the thing away.......It's got alcohol in it....

If you really want to spray a "preventive" substance around. Mix up a weak pyrethrin mix and spray at every crack and doorway that a bug could get in. Even though the "killing" power will fade in a day or so. It leaves a scent that repels many bugs - including mites....apply every 2 weeks or so....

PM. Effective prevents are things like 18 hr brewed AACT or Serenade. They last about 2 weeks. Horsetail grass tea is another one....This, the plant likes too....

I still see "prevention" as being clean and controlling temp and RH swings.....
