id go but i wouldnt be able to smoke there since im from canada and dont want any legal troubles but im right across the border or Michigan :D
Come smoke with us, no need to possess ;) Regardless, I believe the affirmative defense granted here for criminal prosecution knows no borders. You just cannot utilize our MMMP clubs due to administrative membership issues.

I'm sure a bunch of us will be coming your way in May, meeting our European brethren and breaking bread :bigjoint:

Let me guess you waited to medicate until you were legal. Most of use were in the good fight before that. A little scared someone might associate you with a criminal? I don't really want to party with someone who would judge someone on there legal status. From now on you should only smoke strains the have no criminals in the breeding background. I can only imagine how lame it would be if a weed party only had the people that waited for it to be legal. Sorry for any newcomers I offend but our great cannabis got that way by good people breaking bad laws!

Is there a law being broken when medicating with non MMMP compliant folks? As an MMMP card holder you can head down to 8 & Woodard and score a zip "legally" from known and dangerous felons, per MMMP administrative law, correct? Per my example, and our constitution, simple association clearly CANNOT be a crime. If it were we'd all be chatting face to face behind bars for sure :o

What in the world would make you "believe so" and feel so threatened? Do you think you are obligated "by law" to card check every MMMP individual you associate with?

I'm not picking on you here brother, you know I love ya :bigjoint: But this "misunderstand" of all these BS laws is a well established political tactic. In WWII they called it "propaganda", when I was in the field we called it "Psyc Ops" ...

If I'm gonna smoke with them and don't know them then YES.. I'm asking if they have a card! Why do you need a card for dispensaries then?? Why does G3C make it carded members only?? As i see it.. you're misunderstanding the law! Legally I think you're only allowed to medicate in the privacy of your home!

Administrate BS dance trying to keep in compliance with all this absurd legislation. A work in progress one may say ;)

Check this out: Given that MMMP administrative "transport limits" are commonly quoted as "law" here. How reasonable is it to assume a grower, noob or vet, is going to harvest a dozen plants and legally be required to posses no more than one and a half ounces of medicine within their home? Can you see the absurdity of so many's assumptions now?

Then again, we are talking about a social event here, not a business venture with the intent to distribute ...

Most people who can only grow 12 plants don't put all their plants into flower... Clones and Veg plants are also needed.. Why do you need to transport it if you don't have patients?

Because we like to leave the privacy of our homes I guess ;-) No need to parse words here brother, that is game you are being played by. As far as criminal law goes, intent is paramount. Couple that with your right to an affirmative defense to criminal prosecution actually has nothing to do with your MMMP card, status or their administration of such (see transport limits). These arguments are all public record as they were heard before the Michigan Supreme Court just last year.

Well if we're hanging in the park, you can guarantee I'm "legal". As for my medicine cabinet I do not count grams, nor would I suggest anyone else try for their own safety ;)
