Michigan Caregivers and Felonies

well you can still get raided and then they will find out so yeah the laws are enforced as normal, they still do raids in some parts of the state because they cant find out if your legal without actually seeing the card in your hand, here is your answer, you can be a patient and have 12 plants and 2.5 ounces but you can not be a caregiver with a felony. If you come here better move to a tolerant area where the cops are hands off and keep to yourself and you wont have problems thats for sure.
they cant look me up on a database and see im legal before they raid me? does the health department {wich runs the mmj program} not provide that info to the local police? i mean it makes sense to keep this info privete from gen. pop. but to not share with local police is kinda weird {but at the same time cool}?....... to raid me wouldnt they need to catch me selling to a non med patiant? see im not about all that..... which areas you think i would be good at in southwest michigan? i heard from a buddy about battlecreek, and kalamozo?

They dont have to catch you selling no, they can do it on an anonymous tip or whatever also if they get a warrant, the police can not verify without your card in hand it is unlawful for mdch to verify without your card number. I am sorry dont know anything about western michigan but I do know some areas out there are intollerant, look and see what LEO and Prosecutor are saying and doing.

but if you are within the law strictly and do get raided the honest truth 9999 times out of 10,000 they cant and wont press charges.

as a felony holding US citizen, if your felony is Drug related, you WILL NOT get approved to be a CG. You may even have a hard time being a PT with self CG right (allowed to grow your own) but if your just a murderer, rapist, or pedifile, or armed robber, or just a guy with a bad temper that beats the shit out of people because he can, you can be a CG no worries. Unfuckingbeleivable imo.

any drug felony, no CG status.

countys vary. some are ok, some really suck. so far a few that look ok, Mt Pleasane and Genesee county.

Express. their is a county up north in michigan that could use some help im sure. Emmit county could be good for you.

how many years do they search criminal history? 7? 10?
most criminal checks will go back 100 years on Felonies...i used to run them all the time. although depending on the software used it may only search the state. When i worked in property managment i had a guy admit he had a Felony in Flordia, i ran him and it came back clean. the state however will search the federal database so no dice..

im not moving out of state to fuck around nor take chances.... i have a network already it runs deep..... if im not a caregiver i cant grow more then 12 plants period......... i need that full 72.... and i gotta have the paperwork just in case... i dont want local police destroying my dream and 10-12k dallar if not more grow op.... you know what im saying? and i dont wanna go to the joint...
Take some of that 12K for the grow op and buy a grammar book and a dictionary. It will help you more then your plant capacity ever will.

I am a caregiver in Michigan and can verify the drug felony means no CG card, you can be a patient and grow for yourself. you are not legally protected on the distribution side. more than 12 plant clones with roots or not count as plant. also I know a couple people in your situation and one if them has had hassles cuz his neighbor could smell it he got raided. just so happened that since he was a pryor felon the dea got involved. lets put it this way now hes got 2 strikes and looking at doing federal time for the manufacuring of marijuana. so I guess watch what you do very carefully if you decide to make the jump.

how often to the authorities come and check up on u for plant limits and such? anybody out there had a felony and got a caregiver license? is there a way to explaine your way out of it like maybe if a person has a felony possession with intent to deliver a conrolled substance? like maybe your an addict and you got caught with too many bags that you had to buy like that all individuely because thats how there sold ect?
im a caregiver with 2 different locations and not once have i had a check. i even had the fbi see everything and they were totally cool with it. long story but my patients x bf was hiding his son who robbed a bank in my patients house without either of us knowing LOL. fucking idiots i tell you. but my patient and i are all legal and the feds and cops were cool with it. they gave us some nice compliments.

actually if you check the paperwork, a plant is considered anything with a root structure. if the clone doesnt have roots yet, it doesnt count. that is state law though. not sure what feds would do.

felonies follow u forever
not always. sometimes over a long period of time you can get them expunged off your record. usually gotta be clean for years and years though. there was this woodshop teacher in highschool who actually killed a man in 2nd degree many years ago. he spent prison time and became a teacher but they never knew his background. one day word somehow got out and because he kept it a secret, they suspended him. he went to court to get everything cleared and since he hasnt been in trouble since, they erased it from his record. i guess in his younger years he got in a fight with someone and stabbed them but accidentally killed them. after the courts cleared everything up, they let him back to his job where he still is a teacher to this day. im sure the courts still have some kind of private record. but hes not on otis or www.bop.gov i'll see if the newspaper article is stil on the net. it was several years ago after i graduated.

http://www.wwmt.com/news/school-24347-continue-convicted.html this isnt the same article as before. the other one said they erased his reord
