the resolution that your fellow republicans are proposing is to shut down as many DMVs as possible, limit early voting, and putting strict requirements on having a specific type of ID in order to vote.
well, that's not so much of a resolution, but rather exploiting a racial disparity in order to purposely disenfranchise black voters.

I was merely pointing out that cost does not necessarily equal racism. Oregon might just suck at providing IDs in an economical fashion. My state is under 15 dollars.
