Took my time to totally strip down the old cabinet and rebuild. Changed the light setup and moved the fans slightly, its now exhausting from the top rather than the side, the exhaust will be disguised in a decorative box :-) Just need to slighly adjust the position of the bulbs, to 'spread' them more as they are dangling a bit! But no doubt its all brighter and a hell of a lot cleaner, I'm confident I'm rid of those mites now but I'm still using the SMC as a preventative measure and will continue to this on all new plants.

Took a few hours and I'm left with an aching back (poor old sod!) and a terrible thirst for a drink but I'm waiting for the mrs and the kids to get back from shopping with the Merrydown cider and I'll have a glass with a spliff :-).... what I call the 'Ice Cold in Alex' moment :bigjoint:

Couple of pics of the rebuild.
(Please remove the large image if quoting, cheers :-) )

MS i hope you dont mind me subbing in now. I love your whole setup and that you mentioned the cider. I am downing a few now on Easter Friday like a thirsty man possessed. The grow all looks very healthy but can i ask how you vent it all when flowering? Any filtering? Thanks also for your input on my grow.

Hi rocksteady :-) great to see you here. Had a couple of ciders myself now, plus a spliff and a pipe :-) That box has done 2 years service now so was due for a good strip down and tidy up..... not had to buy a single gram of bud of bud from anywhere else in that period and I smoke a little every day. I don't filter for my small plants, never have but we're sensible and keep the bedroom door closed, air freshener downstairs etc. Most people who come into our house know I use cannabis and have known for many years, I couldn't live any other way. We love the smell of flowering cannabis plants, nothing like it :peace:

Happy Easter folks.

Afternoon mate, hope your feeling OK after a good night :-)

The clones are good, had them out of the domes and they show no sign of drooping, a very gentle tug tells me they are rooting now its just letting the roots grow out to the edge of the plastic cups, maybe another week. Much appreciated  Once I see those roots I'll probably bang a couple straight into flower (DrBudGreengenes stylee) and let the other 2 grow on for another 3 weeks. main thing is I want to keep them short, any seedplants I do will go 12/12 from seed :-)

trifase, thanks for watching and the comments :-) cant remember what I was growing in that 12/12 from seed thread (was it Bubba Kush?), I'll have to go back and look. I got close to the dry OZ each plant that method with that strain, to be honest even with a bit of veg time I rarely break that barrier under my CFL's so I'm going back to it! How have your grows gone, good I hope?

Heres the 4 Snow White clones at day 11 from cut.

don't remember either, but never mind - could be Bubba tho as I remember you got an OZ - it was a really good-looking badass chandelier anyway!!! :blsmoke:

too soon to tell :) let's say I'm in the land of hope for now

hey MS hows delia doing? any new growth yet?

i may do that with these snow whites, by the time i chop them the weather will be nice and let them re-veg outside and then pop one in the cab with all the other 12/12ers that will be in there:bigjoint:

i live right in the middle of a council estate so wont be able to let them flower outside unless i take them somewhere else

sound good or no?

if you take them outside and then bring them inside then you run the risk of mite infestation not only on that plant but all your plants inside. but sometimes i think that i would do it anyway.lol

What cloning method did u decide to go with?:leaf:
Hi PBF, I went with the usual perlite/soil method this time. Not done bad at all.

These clones were cut on a Sunday, posted to me on Monday and arrived Tuesday morning, I re cut them, dipped in clonex then 11 days under plastic, high humidity..... all 4 now well rooted (see pic)...... 13 days in total including 36 hours packed up a DVD case..... Hey Presto :-)... My Mazar took close to 3 weeks, both times! Theyre getting a bit of light now to harden them off.

Tam, big thanks again mate, hows yours going? Roots yet? On your point about outdoor/indoor I let mine sit in the sun in summer but well away from other plants (although I generally treat for pests).....Delia is dormant, weathers been bad... but she'll be fine once thongs warm up.
