It has my vote, I'll be applying for a caregiver card! I already have a patient when it gets passed, and it will get passed. We voted 65% of the popular to decriminalize it back in 2008, so its only fair that it push threw again in this election.

Massachusetts will be the first state ever to have a fist fight between customers in a dispensary.

There was a fist fight at the symphony orchestra in Boston a few years ago.

I'm originally from Mass. The place is fucking crazy.

well let's hope the get some good CALMING meds then!

it just goes to show, yet ANOTHER way the federal government denies civil liberties as well as democracy! if it ever went to a NATIONAL vote, i think most sane people would vote to just get it effing over with and legalize, but the greedy scum running things don't EVER want to happen for a number of reasons...

foremost is still the ORIGINAL reason, it's a threat to so many industries... alcohol (haze x skunk CURED ME of drinking & started me dieting!, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, timber, cotton, paper, latex, and a few others i've probably forgotten. the whole reason it became illegal to begin with was dow chemicals had just invented nylon in WW2 and wanted to get rid of the competition like all corrupt lobbying motherfuckers that screw the public over over the almighty dollar

it isn't just that, when people get high, they stop "going with the program". that summer of love stuff REALLY pissed the military industrial complex off. people started protesting and in general taking part in the ALLEGED democracy that people THINK they live in now. not only that, but when you get high, or at least i do, i'm satisfied with the simple things in life. i don't need to cruise in a car or spend money on pretty much anything but tunes and munchies. these days, porn is free even.

it's good to see that one more small corner of the globe is fighting back against those in the dick tater shit we live in. it's our mother fucking country bitches and you can stick your corporate laws up your asses!

two other states have added med use too. i expect the feds are going to really go apeshit in massachusets and violate civil rights there just as they have in other med use states. fuck them bitches! it's us against them. maybe, when more people see how the government illegally denies democracy, they'll wake the fuck up and join occupy as everything that's screwed up in this country starts with that dollar bill. EVERYTHING!

rock an massachussets! no half stepping medical use shit either... FULL LEGAL! woooooohaaaaaaaaaaaa!

from what I've read though,by the wording of the law,"growing licenses" are only going to be given out under cases of undo hardship, where a patient doesn't have easy access to a state run dispensary? am I reading it wrong? How lenient are they going to be on this? Supposedly this law was written to "fix" some of the abuse issues other states have seen. I need to find me a new primary care doctor, mine umm..."retired"( I could never get a full story, some med board issues). Any MMJ friendly doc's around?

Hell ya finally. I wonder how the laws and regulations will be. I need to find out how to go about being a caregiver or opening a dispensary. Wicked happy that this law passed a step in the right direction
