I could actually see a difference but it wasn't worth standing in the cold for.

We hit 72 and it's 52 right now. The moon is beautiful. I sure as hell hope that Geologist was wrong.

2 hrs left, ive heard of no earthquake yet.

My neighbor has a bad ass scope... with filters to dim the bright moon. Having it a bit closer was neat. I'd like to be able to see an actual lunar landing site from a scope.... even the Hubble, just to quash the "we've never been to the moon" crowd.

While i do agree the prediction is most likely wrong I believe its only 10:15 pm pacific time right now. so the prediction still has an hour and 45 minutes.
