Lots of brown spotting on leaves, no yellow discoloration...help!!

So I've been growing my baby outdoors for about 3-4 weeks now (from seed), and just yesterday used Uncle Ben's topping method for 4 colas. Today, I noticed some ugly brown spots/patches on my leaves that don't fit the description of anything I've been able to find. There's no discoloration or anything, just brown shiney spots on the leaves (and they're looking a bit dry but nothing extreme).

What seems to be the problem? I've searched and searched to no avail, nothing looks like what's wrong with my plant! Any help majorly appreciated yall

Well it mainly gets purified tap water (no clue what pH cuz of the purifier) but I recently found out it gets sprinkler water every night too (in my area that's around 7.4) tho I aint sure if that's exactly accurate. I haven't used any store-bought nutes, only given it 1/10 dilution urine like 3 times total.

looks like mites or some kind of bug damage. give your girl a good looking over, pay close attention to the underside of the leaves. i really doubt if it is ph related.
