Is there a seed bank that takes checks and I'm personally looking for a seed bank that would deliver to the United States. Reason why I'm trying to buy seeds with a check is because I'm 18 and have no credit card. Is there a seedbank that delivers to the US in Texas that has Pay Pal options.
