so, I've been eyeballing some strains to try out, and these caught my eye:
Little Chief Collabs Tangie Ghost Train

Female seeds Grapefruit

TGA Professor Chaos

I've been wanting some nice sativas, so idk if these would be good. Any thoughts or suggestions? I'm also going to grab a couple Durban Poison seeds I really get lots of good work done with the sativas.

I don't know about the durban. I'm reading lots of mixed things about the Dutch Passion DP. Might hold off on that one though.

I smoked professor chaos. It was strong. I didn't like the flavor though. Quantum kush has a great sativa pheno. That's the one I run. My only other sativa is a cbd strain so..


imo Dutch passion kinda fell off. The quality of genetics isn't what it used to be. All the u.s. Based seed companies are killing it. All the Holland based companies ate ehh now. Soma is still great. The rest . Back in the day I ran Dutch passion, sagmartha, flying dutchmens, soma, green house, sensi, spice of life and they're all not what they used to be. They dropped a lot of their best crosses too.

Yeah I was reading similar things. I guess I'll scratch the Durban Poison. Thanks a lot I'll read about the Quantum Kush.

if you can find some one with an older cut of Durban it should be good. Jig of the cookie family used Durban to make girl scout cookies. I'm sure it was a cut he got from another grower

That bad huh??....................I personally believe that sensi & soma must still be on their game though..

It's just that .. why get dutch passion when Nirvana stole pure power plant like 15 years ago.. lol

Mc if you are digging sativas one I am dying to order is Tree of Life (jack herer x temple) from bodhi, I haven't had the opportunity to run any of their gear yet but have read nothing but great things. Blowincherrypie has been posting some awesome pictures of other strains. Tree of Life, and Lotus Larry (Larry OG x snow lotus) are the next two I want to grab from them. Larry is supposed to be close to Gogi OG which is arguably their most popular strain with awesome descriptions/flavors/highs and Ancient OG which is supposed to be up there too. May be worth looking into. Looks like all their stuff is grade A sheeeet.

I also got white nightmare and mt rainier going. Haven't sexed them yet. So can't really speak on how good those sativas are. I hear good things though. Check out strains at redeyed genetics. They got some some good shit going on. They sell out fast. Usually within a day when any seed bank gets them in stock.

soma is still on his game. I saw some sensi nl recently. It didn't even look close to the northern lights I've seen way back when. Not even looking like the ones you grew.

Unsure about that seed house but the last tangie i had (basically ko cali-o) was incredible. Never grown it.

I just can't fathom that..............sensi was always VERY serious about their gear, saw it myself..........no way

dutch laws may push them state side?..........idk

I really appreciate all the insightful discussion on the strains and breeders, guys Next seeds I get will be some good ones thanks to you all I'm still working on the list though.

Thanks man! I love trainwreck too As far as I can remember, she was pretty easy to grow. This last one had a few issues but that was because I kept having CO2 problems with a bad regulator. Things have been a lot better since I gave up on that thing.

Here's a quick update on the garden The C99 is really branching out, but she's a little hungry. Been upping the nutes little by little, but I'm still a little on the light side. The Dr. Grinspoon is back in the veg tent. I topped her at the zero'th node and she didn't respond well at all. She grew very slowly with very short internode spacing, so I think she was going to be a mini plant, instead of stretching out and growing. She's not doing much right now, but in a few weeks I'll put her back in the flower tent. Also, on the right is a rose bush that I'm going to grow in the tent for a bit, hah.

Since I was taking some pics, I got a few of the veg tent. Here's the Dr. Grinspoon on the left and a Ghost Train Haze #1 on the right that I started the other day. The Dr. Grinspoon has some interesting structure that developed after I topped her, never seen anything like that happen before.

I ended up picking up some Tree of Life, and as a freebie I guess I'm getting Bodhi Synergy as well I'm so happy that I have a veg area and I can deal w/ regular seeds now Still gonna pick up some TGA stuff and some other things soon, but I didn't want to wait so long for something new, haha
