oooooh boy h350 muy bueno when i used 3 h150's which is not quite as strong as a 350 i pulled more than i pulled off of my blackstar and the 3 h150's more effectively covered the area. I like em better less power usage for = to better results i wont garauntee better results but i can say it will equal easily a blackstar while consuming less power easily. The h350 is gonna be bitchin though man its going to replace my blackstar and single kessil im running over my AO right now.
Thanks Kaptain.....Yeah it seems the h350's are more reliable too; with that new cooling system. I like the fact that they are completely different than the rest of the panels on the market(dare I say revolutionary) and its small form factor. Hmmm decisions decisions...

oh really now nasa is using a panel now, they were for a long time Kessil only, i wonder what made them switch this is news to me and now i must know why the switch, was it for pure research purposes or was it already shown to be working better than the kessils, because nasa had some HARDCORE warehouse kessil grows goin on.

Kessil h350 question. Will the magenta model adequately support the veg state or is the purple halo also required for veg? I know I probably wouldn't want to run the purple model alone through bloom, but will magenta get you good enough veg results where buying one for each stage isn't preferred?

i had good enough results with the magenta i would say if your short of a month of veg your fine, if your trying to carry out a long veg well im not postive how well it would work i always veged no longer than 1.5 weeks so it wasnt an issue for me. I was using 1-3 h150s at the time.

so does anyone actually have hands on experience with this new diamond series from advance led? I've been gone awhile, but just started checking to see where the tech is going now. only saw a couple of post referencing these... what's the verdict from the RIU community?

i will say i have no hands on experience but when AN came out with their panel i know a few people had some good results i would steer clear though, reasons y? AN is overpriced in everything they do you can get an LED that will perform equally probably for cheaper.

I just got a diamond series but haven't run a full cycle with it yet since it was just released. Not sure why kap n kron is saying its an advanced nutrients panel because to my knowledge the companies are not related. From my experience, Advanced LED Lights are top of the line and produce excellent results. I have both a 3w extreme panel and the new diamond series, both great lights but I believe the diamond is going to be even better.

AN was producing a panel as well i thought you were refering to theirs i reneg that previous statement about it being from AN since puff corrected me.

No worries kap n, I just did a little search on advanced nutrients led lights and it looks like their line is the stealth grow, which now it makes sense why I saw advanced nutrients name attached to a stealth grow ad in high times a year or two ago.

yes kaptain kron nasa is using the apache tech leds in a growth chamber. I spoke with the pres of apache tech. very knowledgable man and more then answered all my questions. they are a fairly new company so not a lot out there on the net other then a few you tube videos from his site... stanford university ordered 300 of his panels after they did some grows with them. it sounds like he is positioning himself to be a dominant player in the market.. not to many led companies can state that nasa and a major university are using there led lights...

Just kessil and these guys

I checked their website out talk about pricey, i like the build quality but im not about to drop a g on a light where they wont even tell me footprint area or anything, they just dont give enough info yet, they do look like s1 to keep an eye on but they are going to have to bring prices way down for me to consider that.

what do u guys think of this new 7 band from htgsupply? vs Dr. Growrite's non-UV/IR w/o only 1 spectrum of blue? I'm thinking it might be beneficial to cycle in non-uv/ir with these during certain phases?

381-400----------------- start of visible light spectrum. Process of Chlorophyll absorption partialy begins. UV protected plastics block light below this range.
401-520 nm------------ This light includes violet, blue, and green bands. Peak absorption by chlorophyll occurs, and strong infuence on photosynthesis occurs. (PROMOTES HEALTHY VEGITATION)
521-610 nm------------- This range includes green yellow, and orange bands, and has less absorption by pigments.
611-720 nm------------- This is the red band. Large amount of absorption by chlorophyll occurs, and the most significant influence on photosynthesis. (PROMOTES FLOWERING & BUDDING)
721-1,000 nm---------- There is very little to no absorption here. Flowering, and germination is slightly influenced on the low end, at the high end of the band is infrared which is heat.
vs
Dr Growright 3w 4band [150-240w] & [220-350w]

blue 470 nm., red 620 nm., red 660 nm, white 6,000 kelvins 420nm- 615 nm.

Im sold on advanced leds and highly recommend them. Not sure how many plants you are wanting to do under the 100w or how big your grow area is to say this would be the right light for you. But as long as you don't try to grow more plants than it can handle or try to putit in a large grow space, I don't see why you wouldn't be happy with one of the diamond lights. Oh yeah, I have a 3w extreme flower and also just got a diamond series.

my space is very small 20" length 16" width and 3' high and will tie down or scrog 3 plants max. i can't seem to find any shops that carry them round boston sadly so i'm looking at this 90 watter
and was wondering what the consensus is on it?
