not talking shit, just saying in my opinion nute burn isn't advice, its a way of saying I don't know what is wrong, so in that case don't give advice if you don't know what is wrong...

I'm just sick of everyone saying nute burn to anything that is out of the norm as I'm sure alot of people are as well...

Yes I'm telling him what is WRONG.. He fed his plants to much food, and my ADVICE was to FLUSH his plants and not feed for a couple of waterings. Sooooo when did I, ME, MYSELF tell you that YOU had nutrient burn????

Aint that why we're here? To learn from each other? I hate sticking my nose in unless it's rubbed there. Dude just wanted an answer, and we (all 3 of us at least) gave our opinion. He got what he asked for. What he didn't ask for was to get the thread hijacked. Sorry. Not trying to be a dick or anything.

No your right, but just cause dude didn't agree with what people told him he start whining like a baby... I'm so sick of this i'm so sick of that...

I have flushed about 15 gallons through my plant and the water is starting to run out almost clear. Have i flushed it enough? Should i add epsom salt at all?

Rule of thumb for flushing is at least 10 times the pot size. You wanna wash out ALL the salts. After you've done that, fine. Now, do you have access to any cal mag? Magnesium and calcium are dependent on each other for uptake. If you can at all get cal mag then do so, otherwise yes, get some epsom salts and water one last time with anywhere from 1/2 to 1 tbsp per gal as your last "flush". That will give it some Mg. can you check the pH of the runoff water? It should be at 6.8 or so. Too high or low pH will affect uptake/availability of nutes. I doubt you have a pH problem, but then, better safe than sorry. If you don't have one, invest in a good pH pen.

i have a 3 gallon pot and i have flushed about 16 gallons through it now. and i checked the ph of the runoff and it was 6.6 is that ok? I dont really know if i have access to cal mag because i live in a small town and i have to drive 30 minutes to get any kind of plant nutrients.

6.6 is a bit low. but it should be ok. Check it again after you put in the calmag or epsom.

Don't panic. My first grow did exactly what yours is. The second grow too. The third grow I finally said screw it and added cal/mag (Most of the advice I got said nute burn, but the second grow I starved them and still had the prob, a few folks recommended cal/mag and that did it) At least you'll not have a repeat like I did. There is a wealth of info available on these forums, and a lot of folks willing to help out. Some advise is better than others, but it's all well intentioned. Find yourself a "mentor" here on the forum and listen to that one predominantly. Too many cooks so to speak. Too much info can confuse ya. Check out their grows. Ultimately what you do is on you. Try and wean yourself off the forum dependency as soon as possible.
If you hang in there and don't get discouraged, you'll make a fine grower. It aint rocket science,. but there IS a learning curve.

Don't add anything, just let it be for a while and resume health. And technically you should run 3x the pots size of plain water thru.

i was using MG, i swapped it for bio bizz nutes instead, im much happier for it, so is my plant, keep punching bud, its a weed after all, they seem to recover from a lot more than we think they are going to.
