start from the beginning with info on my grow.

120x120x200 tent
passive intake
5" exhaust fan

600w hps Omega bulb

auto pots wick fed through soil medium (canaterra professional)

nutes dutch pro a+b grow up to 4th week veg.
Bio-Bloom week 5
big Bud week 6 (where I am now) with biobloom

Got Calmag on the way and some silicate

Strain.. Sensi seed Super skunk , autoflower, feminized.

I am in week 6 and becoming overly concerned about the new growth and some leaf marks/splits.
I mentioned this in brief in my noooby thread. Some guys have advised calmag so got that on order. Just thought I would start a proper thread so people can follow.

started about a week ago red/brown blotches appearing on new growth right at the top then working its way down the plant. The colour between the veins are yellowing and some are even splitting from the edge of the leaf to the centre. Also the top leaves are clawing up....
I have added pics for you these pics are took out of the tent so colour can be determined.

I partially flushed 2 plants today with ph'd water....

PH of soil= 6.4
PH of run off = 6.4
PH of water going in = 6.5 - 6.8

any info appreciated.

cheers tom

Def need calmag, but before it arrives I would foliar them with some skim milk/water mixture, or add some epsons salt to the watering. (1 tsp per gallon)..and only do it once to see if it helps. Other then that.. I really do not think it looks like a "Huge" problem", and can be corrected which Calmag will help.

I had similar problem with my Super Skunk and i tried a lot of things to fix it but it only got worse.
The solution to fix it was simple though. I raised the lights and it got back to normal in 2 days. Try that before you do anything complicated.

That looks on older leaves.... And they look burnt, tips pointing up = [air/heat/RH].... so I think you are too hot too close to lights, I'll bet in the space you have between lights, and top of plants, it gets, 90 f.... Good Luck!

am about 1.5 ft away does not feel to hot?? they started doing this on the led light before hps went in....not sure at all. Having a few issues with high humidity keeps rising to about 80% which is slightly annoying.

to me, it looks like they are over-watered and using tap-water? - is preventing the nitrogen from being absorbed and blocking other nutes as well.

the higher the RH, the less you have to water the soil. Try to dry the air and plants more with a 10"-12" high-velocity fan blowing on them.

Thanks. Ph the water each time I water... should I feed some more grow in there for nitrogen or just carry on with bio bloom and hit with the calmag. Got luquid calmag how much should I use?
Also got a fan blowing over the top of the plants.

ya know, 6.4pH is a little bit hot for soil, especially if you are using chemical based fertilizers.

the situations seems to be getting worse and taking over my plants starting from the top down. I have included 3 pics that shows 3 stages of my issue.

I have tried so far.
5lts of water with a table spoon of Epsom salts.
cal mag
and my normal biobizz bloom...

still no change???

leaf yellows between viens, then brown spots/patches, then the patches get bigger and dryer then brake easily....

am 3 week into flower... ph 6.5, temp 25c, humidity 45-60%

HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLP PPPLLLLEEEEAAESE...

How damp is your soil, and do you have proper drainage out of the bottom of your pot, any chance water could be sitting at the bottom drowning the roots?

soil is pretty damp.... this was my next move, do you think adding liquid oxygen to ph'd water will help after the top 2" of soil is dry.
the pot are now manually watered every other day and stood above there trays i.e there is about a 3" cap between bottom of the pot and where any run off is captured....

You could try adding H202 to your next watering to get some oxygen to the roots but for now I think I'd just dry the soil out. I tend to water once per week making sure they get nice and dry first. My pot size I think is about the same as yours but hard to tell. Make sure you get good run off when you water to ensure the holes are not plugged.

There only 8.5 ltr pots upgrading to bigger for next time. What do you think I am lacking here in the nutes department. All leaves are going very pale green/ yellow. Worrying the hell out of me now. I am 3 week into flower and cut to just bio bizz bloom and 1/4 strength big bud. Is there nitrogen def here. Or do you recon this could be down to suffocation in the pots.

Yeah its cal/mag deficiency and its in its moderate stage, need to fix it soon. Get the PH of the soil up to 6.7 if you can.

There is so many things this could be my brain is mashed. Think am going to add the following when the soil is dried out.

Going to make a 10 ltr batch of the following
. 30ml rhizotonic
. 10ml calmag
. 40ml dutch pro grow A and B
Try and get some nitrogen back into the plant.
. 20ml of bloom

Is this too much at once or can I add the silica and the big bud aswell.... any suggestions with the above nutrients and doses
.

My plants look like yours or did last week
I had a very good crop going but the pm got a hold of several in the group
so I put an electric skillet set to 284 degrees and cooked a layer of sulfur prills for 7 hours(bone head move)
It smoked the shit out of the 12x12 room...still lingers in the air after 10 days.
Shit the plants looked near dead man!I've been cutting out the dead leaves for awhile now, took the best and transplanted from 6" round to 9"square pots(heavy on the vermiculite)and we have green up anding running again.
Happy Thanksgiving RIU dudes and gals
