Fill a rice cooker one quarter full of water. Take methyl hydrate or iso solution pour it into a stainless steel container that fits in the rice cooker, set it on top of the water in the rice cooker water and boil off the methyl hydrate or iso mixture in a well ventilated area. Water will simmer and alcohol will boil off before the water,alcohol is gone only oil left. Take a syringe and remove the oil. BDYM
