I'm glad you asked, if look closer you'll see capillary matting hanging from the stem leading to the jug, while the plants were finishing I tapped off plants sap through the capillary matting and tested its ec.

It told me there's salts in the plant if you don't give it water at the end, however if you want to smoke that feel free, you're probably a connoisseur I'm just a regular toker.

well it's like the only study there is about flushing, and It shows the nutricional content of the plants before and after flushing, which shows how little flushing does to the plant.

It’s not about nutrition though, if you dipped bud in fairy liquid it would still have the same nutrition but it wouldn't be a great smoke.
The idea of flushing/leaching whatever you want to call it rids the plants system, that's 100% certain I've tested it for myself but anyone can do that to see, without 4 days water the plant sap reflects whatever ec is going in, after 4 days water no surprise its 0.0ec.
Eta... Jfc I'm not trying to make an argument for or against that,s up to the individual, all I'd say is its so easy to do why not try it?

FYI anything going up the trunk ends up in all the little twigs in bud, so yes it smokes great, certainly better than shite filled with nutrient, you should try it then you have a valid opinion of your own.
