the chicken wire was easy to attach, just used hot glue, had to glue one then let it cool, do another one let it cool, and so on until the whole thing is attached. and its pretty solid i dont think that its coming off any time soon. im thinking about gluing the screens down on my next project too because i will have two lids attached to one screen. and the lights are about 1 1/2 inches over the plants, as high as i could get them.

Thats a great idea, do you think the plant will grow strong enough to pop the hot glue? May change my scrog to this design.

i really dont think so, i mean its super solid. but even if it did you could just glue it back down with minimal effort. ill keep everbody posted on that and ill let you guys know if it ever starts popping off or anything. i dont think it will though.if anything it might just push the screen up a little..

True enough with regluing them down. Keep us posted for sure, migght throw one together for my 400/600 grow. I have one beast plant that will meed a scrog soon.. damn im lazy though

lol yeah so am i, i have 400w Vscrog that i have been planning since last year. im gonna have to get off my ass and put it together this summer

thanks guys, and yeah im hoping i yield more this time, since i cut my ppms down. i burned it little last harvest and i think that kept the buds from filling out like they normally would have. we will see though. i cant wait to get the sour d cloned its already startin to stink real good i opened the cab this morning and got a big whiff of it, it was lovely lol also im seeing no genetic deformities like i see with my reggie strain, the leaves are all perfectly symetrical which tells me ive got some good genetics in there.

so im getting really anxious about busting out the hps and starting the flower phase for this scrog. the side branches are starting to
fill out the sides of the screen and i know this thing is going to triple is size once i switch it, so im gonna have to do it soon.
it looks cool though from the side like a tunnel, maybe ill nickname my glued down screen method "tunnel of green" or TOG lol
what do you guys think? ive got lots of good comments on it and nobody has seen it done before like that.


went down to the hardware store and got me a roll of foil tape (lifesaver lol) now i can put my cooltube back together after
i took it apart to clean it.

i figured i would take this opportunity to show how i built my cooltube, since i had it apart. this is all the stuff you need





i mounted the socket inside a pvc drain pipe fitting and it fits right inside the hurricane glass and sealed it with foil tape.



i use the smaller computer fans on each end of the tube to blow air through and keep the light super cool



i fastened the fans with foil tape and made sure they were sealed and secure



heres the completed cooltube, i put the fans and the light on the same timer so they go on at the same time.

underneath the screen, i trimmed up some of the leaves that were hanging down below the canopy

So if I understand RIGHT you have grown really nice plant using a 150 watt hps setup what was the yield my dude and did you SOG or SCROG? or is there a difference
