Kosher Tangie & Blue Rhino

I see that you are in DWC VibRooter.. What ppm levels are you feeding your girls? What nutes are you feeding?
I'm running advanced nutrients. Started them off with sensi a & b, but recently switched to iguana juice bloom for the first time as my base. My additives are AN's organic b vitamins, big bud, nirvana, mother earth tea, little bit of bud candy, f1 fulvic, h2 humic, and some liquid orca. In veg I used some voodoo juice. I'm actually not sure what my ppm's are during this grow, as my pen/meter is out of commission at the moment, so I'm just going off the plants. If I had to guess, based on my experience, I would say somewhere around 900-1100 ppm.

On another note, I'm starting to flush my pineapple express auto today. She is probably around 20% amber right now. As for my clones, to my suprise, the 2 blue rhinos are much further along with roots than the 5 kosher tangies. Just a heads up if you ever cut clones, they may take a little longer to root than some strains. I will say again that when I look at these KT flowers they just look very potent so far with all the trichome development. It is even easier to see with it growing alongside my BR, which just doesn't compare when it comes to frost. The KT flowers have that deadly look to them already and I'm really anxious to see what the future brings! Thanks guys for sharing your plants with me, they look great, I hope to see more of them as they mature.

Alright. I am going to make a suggestion and it is offered in the spirit of trying help, not criticize......dial back your feeding a bit.

It looks to me, and I could be wrong, that BR and KT are getting a tad much. Looked like you have some slight clawing and tip burn. I as going to say the same thing about your PE auto, but since you are flushing that one....

Try 750-850 PPM range.

My KT clones rooted pretty fast.

Wow, those are some great looking flowers buddy, such a dank looking plant! I'm sure they look even better in real life! Looks like some LEDs in the background, bet they love that. I'm really liking what I see from these kosher tangies. I put 2 of my best clones in buckets today and am really hoping they take, as I mentioned before, my KT clones did not root very well and they now look a little rough. I'm confused as to why I had trouble with them when the other strain, I cloned alongside them, did great. I've never had such trouble with clones before.

Thanks bro. My main light is a 400w hps but I also have a 135w ufo LED in there. My somango widow is getting most of the LED love in the closet.

I had to trash the other KT, it was too big and made the closet way too crowded, so I took about 6 cuts and we will see how it goes. I will keep you updated.

Been a little while since I've posted. I was gone on an extended camping trip and had my roomate keep the buckets full of fresh water. She doesn't know how to add nutrients, so I just had her keep them full while I was gone. The blue rhino has a lot of yellowing in the leaves, like during a flush. I gave them both some more food yesterday.

The KT is a winner for sure. I took a sample cut at the 8 week Mark. Very heavy tangerine flavor with earthy undertones. I was high for a good 2 hours after a blunt. Going to chop between day 64 & 70.

good morning

at around week 7 of flower. the buds smelled like pink grapefruit.

when i had chopped i could smell more of a tangerine/tangie smell. i could also smell this the 1st couple of days going from jar to paper bag.

been in the jar for about 9 days, just opened and now it smells really sweet like candy with just a hint of tangerines.

so i cut up a nug with a scissor and i forgot to get a smell along with forgetting to get a dry hit sample taste from the glass piece. this is what happens when you smoke green crack for breakfast.

i have been sampling uncured buds for a week now so my taste buds may be off a bit.
it is still a little harsh at first but taste like sweet tangieness. it should become more pronounced after cured. it seemed to be as potent as most other strains i have but as of now a couple others have it beat.

i have 2 clones of the kt in week 2 of 12/12 and 2 more clones in veg. at this point the 2 clones in veg. may get trashed. don't get me wrong, this is only because i have others that i like more and they will need the extra room.

Here is my KT at harvest. It's been jarred up for a week, but I've been smoking on it. I have pretty much the same observations. Heavy Tangerine smell and taste with earthy/kush undertones. I like the high. It is energetic and starts in the head and makes its way to the body stone. A keeper for me. I really like the flavor.
