Why aren't clones a good idea in your opinion? It'll end up with exactly the same genetics as the previous generation. I haven't been doing this for very long, and this is my first grow in about 5 years. First time ever with successful clones too. I also keep a grow journal.
Both are good but with seeds there always potential to have that one good plant from the offspring yiu can always polinate certain buds so you wont seed a whole plant and clones good genetics tend to diminish after time

i like to try diffrent strains and when i come across some really good smoke,i want some seeds from the strain ,i put my journal of the grow with seeds and when i want to grow it again every thing is in place, just me and my silly ways.got a clone from one of the bushes/trees i showed you going right now ,had to repot it yesterday, roots out the bottom of cup ,12 in tall after 2 weeks .she is loving the new soil i built so far .
got her in a tent veging ,going to go 1 month ,flip it then hit her with silver for seeds.got some new beans coming as we speak /ufc father is ultimate fighter(purple urkle x starfighter),/mother chem sis, should be some fire, going to pop those in a few weeks

I did a few hours of research last night on diminishing returns on clones, and selective harvesting. It seems as if clones do not diminish over time, and selective harvesting works just like it would any other flowering plant, like tomatoes, you pick the ripe ones, and let the green ones toward the bottom ripen up before you pick them, same can be done with cannabis.

Alright, this is the only plant that is really doing this. It is the OG Kush. Seems to me like it is in a medium stage of nitrogen deficiency. I am 1 month from switching to 12/12 almost exactly, so it doesn't seem to me like i should be seeing yellowing of the upper leaves this soon yet. Do you think this is normal? Anyone have any logical thought out opinions on what this might be? I am going to feed with jacks classic 20/20/20 today for the first time to try and see if it is nitrogen deficiency. Please let me know what you all think. This girl is doing her very best!

Ehhhh, prolly gonna be at least 5 more weeks for some of them, plus i'm going to do a selective harvest, so prolly even longer. Gotta wait for those trich's to turn cloudy! They aren't looking half bad though!
