First, lets be honest, like voter-id, and open borders, Democrats are only in favor of felons voting because the majority will vote Democrat (shocking I know). Similarly, they try to create hurdles for absentee military voting. Democrats are scum. More proof?
Speaking of Minnesota, Al Franken won on a recount of the vote there in 2008 by < 400 votes. Decided just in time to make him the deciding Obamacare vote. Not only were votes mysteriously found after election day, after Franken LOST, in an election officers car trunk but it was also discovered that over 1000 felons voted illegally. Last check 300 were convicted of such and 200 were exonerated due to ignorance of the law. Franken really lost, yet there that clown is in the Senate...
