and id go with 600watters they give a better output than any other hps per watt, and i still recon in that room he would be better off with bigger plants cause you flower for 2 months right so as your flowering the veg plants are growing for 2 months and at that size you cant do a sog enless you have 8 rows of 5 plants in each room and harvest 5 plants a week putting in 5 new clones each week. if you do 4 bubble buckets or something with 4 2 month old plants in there that would be the best way....( i think) 4 under 1 600watt will be perfect and what strain is he doing do you choose that aswell?

i think its far enough to say that he would rat on the guy if he dont get his 5% he got fucked over so he can fuck him over.... what i would do tho is get a few boys together with a van and take the whole system, timers and all:) it would teach him not to fuck with you. of course you gotta be wiling to settle it when he comes to yours with a shotty or whatever he has

I hope he records you so he can rat you out as the mastermind. Even talking about snitching on the grow is against everything this site is about you fucking douchebag. I hope you get caught and the sheriffs a homo and anal rapes you and your dealer buddy.
Snitches end up in ditches. As do the snitches loved ones. Be safe.
I AM NOT GOING TO SNITCH! GET THAT IDEA OUT OF YOUR HEAD! ITS JUST A BACK UP, WORST CASE SCENARIO TYPE DEAL.

Its the equivelant to having a 9mm pistol in your bedside table. Its there if someone breaks into your house, but chances are that it will NEVER be used.

ANd no, if i don't get that 5% i don't really care. That clause was written in by him, and i said what the hell why not

I am confident in being able to get atleast $2,500; but, if i'm lucky i bet i could get $5,000+...

I'm gonna do a SOG, running 3 weeks cycles with 6-12 clones per cycle.

check these 600 watt digital ballast for 200$.

http://www.htgsupply.com/viewproduct.asp?productID=48956

I Like the idea of 5 gallon DWC except they all have to be changed individually and your friend may not be up to that.
Well i was thinking about DWC. I would have (4) 31 gallon res's with atleast 6-12 sites per res, and change it into 2 week cycles...

If i were to do DWC, should i use this pump [http://htgsupply.com/viewproduct.asp?productID=50490] or this pump [http://htgsupply.com/viewproduct.asp?productID=51179]. They both say they have 4 outlets, but the second one pumps more air and is 20$ cheaper.

I am just beginning to realize how nooby i am... :(

Or this for $950, although i bet i could ask for 2 lights and one fan for $475. Or is this too much light/heat?
Less than a year old, this includes four SunSystems 1000 watt HPS lights, (so a total of four) (reflective and remote balanced) matching ballasts, air-cooled hoods, and two squirrel fans. Lights are the best on the market, meaning they pull very little electricity, and are in superb shape. I paid $700 each for them new, so they're a great value. Hate to part with them, but have to move and they can't come with me. Please email for further inquiries.
Or i could even juat get (1) 1000w and get this:
Brand new light mover. Double your grow area without adding more expensive lights and increasing your light bill. These result in BIGGER Yields!!!

Made in USA, solid and dependable. Not like the China version of Hydro Frm.

Have a 4 rpm with a 4 foot rail or a 6 rpm with a 6 ft rail.

These work off of a chain and sprocket system. Very quiet and much more dependable than the ball and bearing type system that is more expense and more expensive. This is simple, thats what makes it so great. Easy to install and if you ever need additional parts to replace, easy to find or you can buy from me.

Double your lights without the expense of another lamp and higher electric bills.

4 ft for $99
6 ft for $109

can custom build if you need.

iv always been interested in the light movers but alot of people dont like them since they say it doesnt do much for your yield since the plants aint getting light all the time when there on. that $1200 one looks good to start with then just add on another 1000 of extras and your laughing. i think 2 1000watts will be a bit to much in them rooms without proper ventilations.

just thinking why not do a diy? iv got a half a foot flood and drain table i made easily for about $60 aud these would also be good for your 3 weeks thing since you could have 3 lots of these in each room with differnt ec levels in each res. or you can build a dwc setup for around $30 aud

I am pretty sure I'm gonna do DWC instead. Have (4) 31 gallon res [about 21"x33"] each with about 8-12 sites. But which pump should i use?:

-A dual-diaphragm 360 gph with 4 connection ports for $70- http://htgsupply.com/viewproduct.asp?productID=50490

-A 600 gph pump that comes with a 4 outlet divider for $40- http://htgsupply.com/viewproduct.asp?productID=51179

Yeah, i talked him into renovating the room after pulling in the first harvest. Plus, he's new to indoor growing. He wants to do soil for now, but after the renovation its going hydro...

sick well atleast now you have ideas for the hydro part and the lights and ventilation should already be done from the soil so should be able to buy 1 of those windmil hydro setups or something

These are my plans of how I'm going to set up the room. I'm not exactly sure where the door is, so i made 2 different designs. Keep in mind this is just the setup of lights and plants, no ventilation or odor control or water containers yet. How do they look?

Everything in the picture is to scale. The black squares are 6" pots, and they are divided into 8 groups of 8 pots.
