All you need to do is go to the organics page on here. There are alot of recipes on there.

I was given this recipe from a well known member on here 2 and a half years ago and its worked so well I havent strayed from the recipe much at all. Its cheap and simple and all the ingredients are usually available everywhere. I added powdered fish fertilizer to it is the only thing I did different.
peat/perlite at 70/30 or promix (same thing)
1 40lb bag composted manure (never dehydrated manure it will burn), or leaf compost...that's your N
10 lb bag worm castings (more N)
1 handful dolomite lime
1 handful epsom salts
1/4 cup azomite
1/4 cup greensand
1/4 cup rock phosphate
1 bag horticultural grade charcoal
humic acid, add as directed or leonardite

This will be plenty of nutes with just water for an 8 week strain for the most part. Some strains are cal/mag whores and they require a little more but in most cases this will be enough. Read your plants and go from there. Good luck.

How long do you cook for and how many pots will this fill also can you start your clone in that ?

With this one I dont have to cook. I mix and use immediately and never ahd a problem with burn. I make my own grow bags so Im not sure of the gallon size as they are all a little different but I can usually fill up about 10 of my 5-7 gallon homemade grow bags, sometimes some is left over but usually just enough. I grow from seed and not familiar with cloning so I cant comfortably answer that question. When I start my seeds however I start them in plain unfertilized plain peat and transplant into the final pot.

This mix gets me through an 8 week strain with 5 weeks of veg. Your going a little longer so you may have to feed it come the last couple weeks. Maybe not but maybe, the plant will let you know. For extra boost, depending on the strain and the size, I would sometimes supplement with various organic nutes made by Humboldt Nutrients depending on how I read the plant. Good luck and also this recipe is just one of thousands out there. It worked really well for me from the first time and I like it cause I dont have time to cook soil.

Dont be sorry Im always up for learning something new. Ive been using it for a couple years now and I dont see any problems. After I fill my pots with soil I water them and then let them sit till my seedlings are old enough to go in so I guess I technically do let it cook for a week or so but also have used it without cooking with no issues.

Simple, I would try the one She gives you there first......I might add a 1/4 cup of N in the form of high N Bat guano to the Fert mix she explains. I would add 1/2 cup Dr. Earth's Alfalfa meal directly to the soil mix.

That would be a nice starting place.
