Hey GD, Good to hear from you.

I have been, and will be, head-down and in the Salt Mines,
but I am happy to be back in the computer saddle and learning
new techs.

I mentioned XXX the other day....I can actually relate something.
I found it to have an odd....fuck, you know me...an "antique
furniture" smell....or mothballs? (no, but....) BUT the point is
that my LA Con had this smell, and strongly. In fact, this
was something very specific to LA Con at the time.

It's structure, size and vigor would sell it to me, alone.

I will involve it in some genetic work that I expect to be
starting. It looks very much like my effort to get some
Deep Psychosis failed where my Golden Tiger taking
was quite successful.

So, I will be making some wicked crosses.

Have a great day all,

JD

P.S. Skunk #47 today...getting close:

Yup. :0)

Thanks guys. I am also up-potting all sorts of
strong genes into five gallon pots, including Ace's
Panama and another run of my Chem 4 OG.

I am looking to mix some hempy formula and
do this for 3-4 more of the new plants.

Likely candidates include Cheese Surprise,
Jake's Dream, Cotton Candy, SnowLAnd, and
Desert Deisel.

Take care,

JD

It will be tasty.

It seems like it wants to be a true seven week breed as well,
though I may give it eight for fun. :0)

Thanks for popping in.

Hey BLJ,

I am sure that the KT will rock. (Love the name) You are missed as well.

Working away, but looking forward to the weekend all the same.

My Chargers are 3-1. Life is good. :0)

P.S. On Golden Tiger, Ace has:
Golden Tiger is one of the most powerful and interesting sativa hybrids we have developed lately. It's a straight hybrid derived from the 'killer' Malawi mother and a selected Meo Thai male. Meo Thai is an exceptional highland Thai selected by Cannabiogen.
This might be good. ....though a breed that stretched less might
have been a good idea. Dealing with sativa stretch is not easy. :0)

Also, I wanted to share my next two sexers:

The one on top is Jake's Dream which has shown female, where
the other is my new Dog that is still un-sexed.

I am enjoying smoking the Cheese Surprise sexer....this is my first
truly stinky cheese. I think that I will let the JD go too.

hey jd,

can you save me the trouble of searching 145 pages and refresh my memory. That super purple strain you grew... what was that? What was the breeder? and how did it yield/taste/ etc? Worth running?

Thanks man!

stay free, stay high!

Pap,

Cannaventure Purple Berry BXII

That was the last of the old "Purple Indica"....it was a second
Back-Cross that Cannaventure had done, and they said it
was their last.

The genetics were very strong, but the smoke was just ok.

Take care,

JD
