Here is Soma's NYC Diesel, in the Veg closet:
NYC Diesel -- Gone! .JPG
...and then I yanked it.

I still have three clones, strong enough, to the eye, that are still
in the Veg closet, going 7/24. I have hopes that they might re-Veg still.

I wrote to Soma, as Mad Hamish suggested, but got no response.

It really looks like Attitude sent me some Auto breed bean and not
a real Soma bean. I cannot believe that the only plant that has ever
been skittish enough for me to do this to would be a real Soma bean.

They will not discuss the matter, as I was not suppose to pop it. LOL

I agree it looks like some sort of auto, or freak. I always try to give people/places the benefit of the doubt when I can, I would bet it was a simple mix up on attitudes part. They prolly didn't even know it happened. When your dealing with the huge number of seeds they do and not just in breeder packs but also pick and mix seeds, there is bound to occasionally be a mix up.

Any who the rest of the girls are looking gorgeous as always. I've never grown or smoked a skunk plant. I'd like to know what that true skunk flavor is like.

I agree TC, but it is frustrating that they cannot talk about it, and
thereby acknowledge that there was a screw up.
I completely understand and agree. Anytime I don't get even one plant that turns out the way that strain is supposed to it annoys me. I ran this whole pack of electric lemon G over the last year, and didn't manage to get anything even remotely lemony.

OK, now that's just wrong. Ah well. I am so very happy with Somango,
that I will likely try Soma again, but I would love to get a full breeder pack
and this will take some real dough. Soon enough. :0)

Hello folks,

Work has me too busy to post much, but I did put the Sensi Skunk #1 into storage
after drying, and I am burping the RH down on the Bubba Kush and Apollo 13.

I am also tasting the Apollo. Strong. One hitter, for a while, but then again I load
what I jokingly refer to as "haystacks". :0)

I got good roots on three new clones, one Kosher Kush* and two from the new
clone-only Green Cracks. This is great news, as this means that the local clone
only Green Crack can be up-potted to a 5-gallon hempy and be flowered.

There are clones for many of the other clone-onlys in the seed tray, but I do not
pull a clone until I see roots sticking out of the bottom, or if a month has gone by.
I have Wet Dream, Adub, Dubtech 7, GDP, Chemgerine, Tahoe OG, Casey Dog,
and Chocolope in there and about two weeks before I xplant them.

I will post new photos when something photo worthy happens. I have been harvesting
massive amounts of gourmet mushrooms.

Onward and upward,

JD

Thanks TC. LOL, yeah I love trying new stuff.

I bought a slew of relatively (for me) expensive stuff from Ace and
am not too far off from flowering my first 20 weeker, Purple Haze.

I am going to have it a few inches off the hempy when it goes
into flower. Still no idea if that will be enough. We will see.

The next breed that will be coming out of the tent will be Jillybean.

It is very well matured. It is not supposed to take long but it looks
like it is getting ready to harvest at 59 days. I will give it another
week or so.

Then there is a group of three that are around week 6, Holy Grail Kush,
Sour Cherry #2, and Purple Wreck. These are not finishing with TGA
Speed and will likely go 9-10 weeks, so I have about a month there.

No worries, as the Veg closet seems to be under control, finally.

I think that the Jack's Cleaner 2 will replace the Jilly bean.

Take care,

JD

Hello all,

Happy Easter to those stuck on my Rabbi. ;0)

I took the Jillybean today, on Day 62. It is very well matured.

Here is a close-up (really just a sub-selection, made small enough
to avoid being auto-compressed, hopefully):

You can tell that I was patient.

The other good news is that the TGA Jack's Cleaner 2 is in the tent.
Whew! I have been working with that breed for a while, to get it ready.

Have a great day all!
