Lol it doesnt really affect me here, right now an 1/8 is going for $60 for decent shit. A gram is like $20-30 lol no one is distributing right now. So time for me to step up my herb.... hoping to profit in these hard times. Thanks for the try Mr.President but you need to legalize here and then raid it

Dan you are nit picking. It's at least 16 with hundreds of shops who are qualified to receive letters if they have not already.
I'm not nitpicking at all. Doing raids on 16 clubs is very different than doing raids on 100 clubs.

So hey, friend why not avoid the fight stuff?>
I'm not fighting. I just want accurate information. It's entirely possible he knows something that I do not. If that's the case, I want to know the source of the information so I can be more informed.

Uh Dan when someone suggest something it is because they feel that way from reading you.

It's not a war on Dan Kone but it is funny that you get off on the attention.

I'll check back tomorrow.

"In San Diego, U.S. Attorney Duffy said her office sent hundreds of letters to marijuana stores warning them to stop selling marijuana within 45 days or face prosecution. She said the four U.S. attorneys in California coordinated a federal enforcement action in response to requests for help from local police."

Is that cheep? That sounds really expensive.

I guess I'm out of touch since I have grown my own for a decade and don't sell so I am surprised at $60 an eighth.

its about as serious as kix cereal, the feds are just doing dick push ups if they really wanted to screw everyone they could

make friend Californians . . . . . . . .
We will see. It could all be bullshit. Most dispensary owners seem to think it is. But if they do really raid 100 clubs, that's a bigger problem.

The Posse Comitatus act still has force. The military CAN'T be brought to bear inside the US borders against US citizens. Even if they did bring in the Military, if ordered to fire on a US citizen, they'd hear the sound of weapons hitting the ground all the way to the UK. I can guarantee that no US serviceman would fire a shot at a civilian US citizen, orders or no. That would indeed bring about an armed revolution, this time with well trained and armed insurgents.
Even at Kent State when the National Guard killed the 4 students, they were only supposed to have blanks and rubber bullets, and the soldiers who fired the shots only did so with that in mind. I don't believe for a minute that it will ever happen again.

I disagree with the idea that our Soldiers would not follow orders to attack but this is the domain of the politics forum.
I believe spandy was commenting on how large of an enforcement would be required in a humorous way.

Pretty much. I don't really think tanks are going to be rolling on Main chasing down pot smokers, lol. Maybe some swat vans and a few over weight tight shirted police officers.

No I agree but, on an aside; They will shoot whoever they are told to.

Nope I agree Tanks and bombs are not these weapons of war.

They are Legal, Social and Economic weapons.

I have read that one place lost 8 places in an area where they had been fighting being shut down.
I read that there was a second-hand report of ad revenue dropping from places dropping their ads. Makes sense if you could get a letter but had not yet. Why Advertise?

So in the depths of Cannabis laws is the right for people to have right to cannabis since by our way of laws we can opt out of our agreements yet still the Feds can enforce their laws and then we would get some place with our State laws against Federal.
The trick is to find a common reference for us all. If we can connect to one central agreement then we all can bond and a bonded citizenry is a might political force.

I ask you and all.. What is the basic agreement we all will vote yes on?

Is it rights for each of us to grow use and trade with others in non-commercial ways?
