Is MM a legit alternative to sleeping pills for people who have shift work sleep disorder?

no rush was amyl nitrate..I think...
High flyers....were just like the whippets...torontoke mentioned....only rebranded for head shop use....
they sold an aluminum thingy to break open the high flyers...and you would attach a balloon to the other end and then crack them open. and fill the big balloon.......it was pretty much pure dental gas...and would make you see checker board
patterns...Its about as fast and intense of a rush that you can get.....(don't do this at home kids)...
I told my dentist about high flyers....and he told me they mix oxygen into their dental gas....at about 65 percent O2 to 35percent gas....at that appointment....he told me he would up the gas component...and to let him know when I was at a comfortable buzz ....it was a four hour appointment while he did prep for 8 root canals....
I tapped out... on him turning up the gas....cause it felt like the chair was up against the ceiling....and I can still remember
how " extra" crystal clear the music sounded...
he told me after the appointment...that I had managed a 70 percent nitrous to o2 mixture....before I tapped out and he turned it back...
Pretty sure I slept thru a portion of the appointment.
