is it poss to get 1 lb from 1 plant?

this may sound like a dumb ? but this guy claims he gets 10 to 12 lbs of dry weight off of 9 plants. im not sure on the strain but he uses a 600 hps and veggies for 1 month and flowers for 7 weeks in a hydro set up. is this poss or is he tryin to make himself sound good?

he probably gets 1 pound from 9 plants and 600watts vegged at 1 month. yes. but not 1lb per plant.

um no you can get a pound per plant but not likely in that setup. there is approximately 450 grams in one pound. typically if you get I gram per watt your doing good. so it sounds like he would have to be yielding 4032grams off of 9 plants under a 600w. sounds like hes stretching his numbers a lot. one pound per plant is possible but not under his circumstances.

You can very easily grow a pound on an outdoor plant. I have however never ever seen it done indoors. EVER.

he could get 1 pound from 1 600 watt over each plant, but there is no way u can get 1 pound from 9 plants with only 1 600 watt

i thought he was realy high on his numbers. a different guy i know he vegges for 7 days and flowers for 7 weeks under 1000 watt hps and it takes him 12 to 14 plants to get a lb so i thought this other guy was full o bull. thx for the info

Oh we know he's "really high"

at the moment i have two large alaskan ice plants that are in 8 weeks flower. dry weight is going to be close to 3/4 pound each. i do believe it can be done. if i ever get a lb i will let you know

you could get a pound indoors if you vegged long enough, say 2 months or more.

Can you post some pics?

i get over a pound per plant, but i veg 2 plants for 8weeks under a 600watt light and a 1000watt side like in between. but 1 600watt over 9 plants no way

this is a plant that is gonna produce over a pound, its been veggin for 8 weeks and im about to flip it into 12/12. the plant becide it is about 1.5 metres away caz by the time there finshed there gonna be touching each other, so 9 1 pound plants would have to be spaced out over 4metres x 4metres area atleast and a 600watt light aint gonna cover an area like that. so i say he is a big fat liar

these girls were vegged for ( your rite) two months

i dont care what you do you aint getting 1lb per plant in hydro with a 600! total b.s.

how long did u veg them for and what light and soil did u use? thx

LST works really well for a higher yeild. I actually recommend it. EX. I veg a clone for 4 weeks and flower for 8 weeks under a 250 watt and produce just over an ounce each time. Pretty small plants but the yeilds are awesome thanks to LST.

P.S. for those who do not know what LST is I recommend you look into it. Its worth your time.

I pull 18 zips a light but no way you can do it with each plant. if you find out a way Thats some pimp ass shit. most I have ever seen is three zips a plant

i don't use soil. ebb and flow table, with 6 inch pot with cley pellets. 1 1/2 inch coco mat for root mat . General hydroponics nutes with big bud diamon nectar and cool bloom. 600 watt MH cool tube veg 2 months, and 600 HPS flower 10 weeks. and will get between half pound and 3/4 pound each up to three plants,

thats believable no need to post pics, if your vegging for 2 months and only got a couple plants under a 600, using the right strain your gonna grow monsters.
