Iranain Autoflower Indoor Grow

I started my grow on the weekend of Feb 14 from seed. I started with 6 and they all germinated. However two of them seemed to be runts. One continues to be a runt and the other a month later is finally starting to act normal. My grow box is 4ft wide 3ft deep and 5ft tall I am using 2 150mh and a 400w Hps. My box is using two reg bathroom exhaust fans one for intake and one for venting. The grow box is set=up in the coldest part of the house so when the lights are off I have a small heater set at 78 degrees to keep the temp from falling to much and I later added a humidifier to run at night to bring the humidity up a little bit. The pics of them starting off in the box were taken on the 27th of feb and the bigger pics were taken on the 27 of march so they have done really well. I have had them on a 18/6 light regiment and I plan on putting them on a 12/12 in the next day or two.

Plants look great!
plus rep.

Ive never grown them, but i want to...
Remember they will flower on 18/6 light. Any Drop in light from 24 hr light can start em flowering.

You can veg em 3-4 ft I hear.

Something that I am using in this grow that I like is the wonder pot. They are a fabric pot that works great they let the plant get air better and I am not having any problems with watering and any depth in the soil. One question I do have is that in flowering what lux do the plants need to flower. I know I will not have any problem towards the top of the plant I am wondering towards the bottoms of the plant.

LMAO!!If they are autoflowers they should be able to flower under 18/6 not 12/12 and that is not to start no shit or send shots at anybody but changing the light cycle to 12/12 would make it a reg photo strain not auto like i been said this strain wa....LMao

Agree with above...LMAO....
Autos flower under any lighting regimine ..They flower on TIME...not lighting.......no need to change to 12/12 unless you want to reduce yeild.

Man you guys are harsh.
Give the new guy some slack.
lol

Old reffer is correct on true autos, but docs are not true autos.
Just photo sensitive , cutting back to 18/6 allows em to flower.
(And allows you to veg reg plants in the same box or veg longer on 24hr light for big yield.)

Air pruning pot are GREAT at stoping root circling, Im using a DIY version.

Be sure never to point your heater at the plants they can burn leafs 2 ft away...

PS
Check out this guys U-tube video grow of DrGts Iranian Auto Ive been watching.
I bet youd like it.....

Thanks Scarhole I actually have that also it is really handy I also bought a digital lux meter. Right now the plants are really starting to smell anytime you open the basement door you can definitely smell them. So I can imagine what they are going to do when they start to flower. Too the other comments that is why I would even think of switching the light cycle to 12/12 that way I could finish them before the mother comes in two months for a visit and starts asking questions that I don't feel like answering.

I will check out the video the heater is pointed towards the wall. I have the thermo set at 76 but the temp drops down in the box to the high 60's. I will be glad when I can plant the rest outdoors and really see what these babies can do.

A foot-candle (unit of illuminance) is equal to 1 lumen per square foot. 1 foot-candle (approximately) equals 10.76 lux (lux = lumens per square meter).

I think 12/12 will slow em down due getting less hrs in light like a reg auto. I think 18/6 is suposed to be the best....

DUDE You better have big air scurbbers or ozone generator to cover the smell. lol

Something that shocked was something that I just noticed in pic 34. I started looking at it a lot more closely and I noticed I ladybug just kicking back. I found this strange since I check constantly for bugs even though in the basement the temp outside the box is 45 and outside it has been winter( today being one of the few days it hasn't been below 50).

In the middle of winter in there I would see an occasional bug.
So I keep a "Hot shot" no pest strip in my shed where the grow cab is.
I just use it to help prevent pests.

Last grow I got mites from a outdoor reveg, had to clean house an start over fresh.
Realy sux waiting 4 monthes to get bud coming again.

Well I am in the 8th week and my plants have started to flower, but they have also started to do something that I am not sure of. I have read a lot in the forums about this and really didn't come up with a answer just a lot of people giving suggestions. First off I do not have a ph meter and I know I need one but they haven't had any problems up to now. The temp in the box does not go above 78 degrees and the humidity is around 41%. I have been watering the plants every other day when the meter says that they are about dry. I give them nutes about every 12 to 14 days and i mix them below the average. I have raised my lights to about 6 inches above the tallest plant. So any help woiuld be great and is this something to be worried aboutPicture 037.jpgPicture 041.jpgPicture 036.jpgPicture 038.jpgPicture 035.jpgPicture 040.jpg

I'm telling you, go to wallmart or pet store get some ph strips, maybe 5 dollars, or a digital ph meter 20 dollars. your Ph is out of controll, you need to water it with something like 5.0 ph water to correct this problem. Had the exact same problem in early veg. These seeds wont even germinate under to high a ph. Your crop will be worthless if you dont fix this

Well I had to move my kids out of there home to a location that isn't the greatest but hopefully will let me finish what was started. The main problem is I do not get to look after them everyday which kinda sucks but they seem to be doing pretty descent and the curly leaves are driving me crazy. Here are some updated photos They are all looking about the same I have 4 that are in full flower mode and they are all 36" plus inches tall
