Iranain Autoflower Indoor Grow

they certainly autoflower outdoors no matter the photoperiod. i am on track for a june harvest this year. i have grown them numerous times outdoors and they are the best autoflower that i've ever seen by a country mile and believe me i've tried them all. potentcy you can't find in any other auto and a respectable yield. i have seen 1 pound iranian auto plants indoors when treated like a regular plant and they do indeed flower under 24 hour light, just not a very good flowering response.

They are a great plant I wish I had put them in larger pots for the indoor grow, I believe that it would have helped a lot since they have reached 3ft plus and it would have been nice to had a better room to have them in. I am definitely looking forward to seeing what they can do outdoors I already have a place picked out for my outdoor grow

I am using a 400 watt hps

I'd think about giving them a flush, you gave them too much N during veg and thats why they went droopy and have the claw.
Flush then use flowering nute pk13-14 at 1/2 strength. The plants may have been a little nute sensitive.

Another update I took a couple of quick pics yesterday with my phone I forgot my camera. It looks like they have about another week to go before i can harvest .

I would wait awhile, still ALL white pistols.... what day since 12/12 are you on? I would give them atleast 60 days or more their yield will suffer dramatically if you harvest early.

I switched the light about 45 days ago to 12/12. The pistols are actually a light amber, I forgot my camera and had to use my phone so the pics didn't have the macro feature. I plan on waiting if they don't seem ready. I think they should be anywhere from 7 to 10 days

Well the time is almost here to harvest the kids. The leaves are starting to yellow and die. So this weekend I will start to cut them and start the drying process and hopefully all has went well

well all I can say is atleast its a good strain, so you wont be disappointed. But once you get some experience you might start to grow something worth while.

Huh? What des that mean?

that means you could grow this strain in a pile of dog-shit, because it has GREAT genetics even someone who Cough dont know what he or she is doing cough can have tasty high quality nug. My first run I had massive problems and my yield and final product suffered, but it still to this day may be the best bud or one of the best I have ever smoked.... Till this batch and when i post some pics, also under a 400w hps.... actual the last 2-3 weeks they dropped to 300w magnetic ballast. I can visually actual a blind person could tell the difference in size shape etc. from a well tuned setup. This Guy has extreme leaf curl a result of to high a PH he has no way of testing his water, this plant will not do well with a PH of 6.0 or higher. Note to all growers of this strain searching the internet. That being said he also is harvesting at day 35-40 of flower which I would never do, even when I had spidermites I still fought them off till day 56, and this time I let tthe plants go (bug free) more than 60 days, and they are still foxtailing. When I say days of flower I mean since they started flowering not when you changed the light to 12/12, It takes a few days or more than a week for the plant to start showing pistols.

Whatever first off yes a PH meter is needed, yes I don't have one. Second the pics above were taken two days ago and the plants started the flowering cycle towards the middle of April and this is June so that is not 35 to 40 that is more like 50 and I never said I was a expert.

scaryt, it probably took a little longer due to the fact that you did have some problems with your pH and moving the plants from one location to another can also shock them.

On the other hand, looks like good smoke.. cant wait to see ur yield.

ok, I'm sorry guys but I'm no expert either. but to say ONLY a 400w hps, I mean I understand saying that about a 150w or even a 250w. But a 400W can yield alot of smoke, I have seen grows where the expert gardener has achieved a pound or more with a single 400w hps indoor hydro of course. This pic is a few weeks old, but the plant is about as old as the one scaryt is harvesting, and alot healthier etc. I waited 2.5-3 weeks more at 2 weeks from this pic the trics were still mostly clear and barly cloudy, NO amber and not alot of amber when harvested at day 70 since 12/12 flip.

I am also excited to see the harvest weight tho, not to discourage you, but I hope you plan out your next grow better and have a-little more luck.

so what was your dry weight, (total yield) ?
