Intake Filter Help

So I have an Active Air 8" 760 CFM Inline Fan connected to a 600 CFM Carbon Filter, its on the top right corner of one side of the shed so on the bottom right on the other side where I marked the "X" is where im going to cut out my hole and put in my intake filter, im thinking an Organic Air 8" HEPA filter would do nicely, or do I need a fan pulling air in and pushing it through it? I have another 6" can fan laying around just in case I need to do that, ill use a 6" filter as my intake if I use the fan. Im in an 8x8x8 shed.20150820_135907.jpg 20150820_135924.jpg

I understand your dilemma here.....
It needs to pull air directly from the outside (fresh air) to bring in the Co2 that the plants have used or "depleted" in the grow area.
You can build a little 3 sided "cover" that goes over it....It does not have to go all the way to the wall of the shed. It only has to disguise the intake filter.....

Also from looking at your picture..
The exhaust fan should "pull" air through the light hood, not push it....Not as important as getting fresh filtered air IN..
