i have two 400 watt lights that are sealed and i already have the fans and duct work for that. the fresh air will be from a basement window on one side of the house and the exhaust will be a basement window on the other side of the house. the exhause will be in the room and the intake window is about 16 feet from the room which will have to be ducted to the room and the duct will have to have a slight decline so that i can put the fresh air at the bottom of my room. i am also a legal medical patient so i dont have to worry about noise and smell. if u need any more info then let me know.

435 cfm inline exaust 8" flange, and you could use a reducer if your reflector has 6" flanges. 2- 300 intake fan 6" inline. My room is 240 cubic feet, and I use just a little less than that, and it's overkill. I keep my air fresh almost constantly though.
