What exactly is HC's role? She seems to be saying "said it's not HC's role to know" an awful lot! It appears nothing to do with this! OMG!

I am very confused as to HC role within the healthcare system...

Apparently it's not HC's job to know anything. Especially anything about cannabis/marijuana when they are heading a marijuana program. Man you couldn't write a better comedy then this.

shes pushing it out of HCs hands thats for sure.
